The service was great! I received the paddle board quickly. The backpack strap broke but when they called me to check on their service, I told them and they sent me a new backpack and also a $20 refund!! Ive used the paddle board three times so far and love it! It inflate and deflated easily and is a good, solid product!
I bought this as an entry level SUP as we are just getting into it. The board is good quality And very easy to inflate. The pump is solid and pumps quickly. I really like the inflate-deflate valve so we don't have to pump all of the air out when we are done. The paddle is junk…feels cheap, needed to be glued back together after about the second use…but it works for the time being. The board is high enough quality to make it worth the purchase, and I plan to buy a replacement paddle when this one breaks or becomes unusable.
These paddle boards are Awesome! Very sturdy %26 heavy duty, yet east to carry when inflated. Best family water fun, big enough for 2, we love it so much we bought both colors.
Xmas present for grandchild. Very happy that everything needed was included. The tether strap and air pump were perfect. She was very pleased with the sturdiness of the board and the carry case made transporting the board so easy. it arrived in perfect condition.
This paddleboard comes with everything you'll need to merge blissfully with the nature around you. The paddleboard inflates easily with the included pump (it takes less than 10 minutes to unpack and assemble, and about the same time to pack it all up again), is long but still light enough for one average-sized person to lift easily, and it's easy to carry using the attached handle even when fully inflated. It has three fins to ensure that it tracks straight and true, and the board remains securely attached with an ankle leash should you fall off. It also includes a multi-segment height-adjustable paddle to accommodate almost all heights. The board itself is made from a robust-looking material that seems firm and fully rigid once inflated. It has a generous non-slip area for your feet, too. The board itself folds quickly and easily back into a form factor that allows it to be carried in the included backpack, for transport by car, bicycle, or foot to and from the waters edge. Totally portable, quick to assemble and disassemble, and the price is right... In fact, we bought two!
We absolutely love this paddle board, so much so that 2 weeks after purchasing our first, we bought a second one. It's been so much fun taking our young boys out on the lake and has been a great purchase for our family. Highly recommended from this family :)
This board is a nice board for an extra board for occasional use when I have company visiting. The board is lightweight which makes it very portable an easy for most anyone to carry. I am fairly experienced at using an ISUP and find my heavier ISUP to be much more stable and substantial for enjoying in the Gulf. It works, easy to inflate, and the price was right.
Inspect, or better yet, test your products after purchase before you go on trips. Second board I ordered from WalMart and this one arrived quickly. Never inspected it. The small fins, you need to attach prior to inflation. The main fin you can slide after, which in my case, I did. It went in but I noticed a crack, and after 2 days of use, it fell off. Glad that its such a massive board, or it would have been impossible to use unless you have a kayak paddle
Opened up the board, read the instructions, and inflated as instructed. The pressure gauge on the pump does not seem to be accurate, I could not get the pump to go over 12 psi without the hose popping off the inflation valve, leads me to wonder if the gauge was accurate and possibly I was over inflating! When I kept trying to pump to reach the recommended PSI of 12 to 15, the lock in place inflator valve popped off of the inflation pump! As you can see from the photo it was shoddily glued in place. Anyway I will try to find a new pump with a working pressure gauge to make sure the psi is correct. For what it is worth so far, the board seems OK. Its nice and large and has good stability. Hopefully holds up better than the pump.
After trying to use this and having a pump that did not work, tried to return to Walmart. They sent me to Little Red Lion (the vendor) who sent me a new pump. It was better but broke when I got to 8psi. Don't buy this unless you plan to also buy an electric pump. Total fail.
