Fantastory Soft Chalk Pastels Set, 66 Sticks Short Oil Pastels Assorted Colors

My kids and I enjoy drawing/coloring with these chalks. First time using these. I didn't read the title when I purchased but they're definitely short pieces, making them ideal for my children and still manageable for me. Beautiful pigment and large variety of color. So far we've just tried on dark construction paper, and enjoy the result.

FIRST IMPRESSION. Good experience upon inboxing. i noticed the rich colors individually organized. they feel comfortably sturdy in your hand, however, the color transfers so intensly and also has moments where i find it easy to use up quickly if not careful, i actually like that because of the sturdy feel, i am reminded of the good quality and not looking for the faults. They promote confidence and a peaceful experience, alone and with other types of art media. I crave them sometimes the most, other times, craving what i am working on, or simply just blending that paint color with another to admire the vivid trio motivates me to stay when i am busy. This is my 2nd time buying soft pastels. the first time was a different brand and they were very small size. I definitely like the larger size Thank you.

Vibrant colors, even more vivid than they appear in the photos. This is a great set of pastels with a nice soft texture and a good variety of colors. The sticks are rather small, but since I'm using them to color miniatures, that's perfect for me. A small amount of lots of different colors is just what I need. Using these to draw by hand might be frustrating though, because of the stubby little size.

The colors are vibrant! very inxpensive, but work really well. The more coarse it is, the better that chalk "tivks" to paper. I would buy agan.

I am very pleasantly surprised by these soft pastels. These pastels go on smooth (no squeaky ones), almost buttery like more expensive soft pastels. I think they're a great bargain. I like them better than my Faber-Castell Creative Studio 72-mini pastels, and the colors are near identical. Though, I can't find anywhere on the internet about Fantastory's lightfastness. I will purchase again.

Really helped me paint some things and add depth.

I didn't realize how tiny (not small, but TINY) these were until after I bought them. That was my fault as it does say how tiny they are in the description, but I don't feel like these colors doing more than one intricate background. Will not be rebuying these, and may instead go with Prismacolor NuStix.

there are 66 different colors. They are all of one inch long. I really would not call it a great value for the money

i liked the variety but the size is so small for the cost. I won't buy again and dont suggest purchasing if you are serious about art.
