Great knife block for those on a budget or that don't want / need anything too fancy. This great economical little knife block covers all my needs and wants. It is of great quality and stays sharp as long as you're not overly abusing them. I would recommend
The knives are really sharp and the handle is ergonomic so they're easy to use. While the block does take a considerable space on the counter, I would definitely recommend it. Only observation I'd note is that to use the sharpener you have to at the very least get the scissors out of their slot on the block.
The best thing about this is that it has the sharpener on it. When you feel as if your knife is getting dull, 3 swipes and it should be good again. Yes, the sharpener does work for the scissors as well.
This product is awesome for people cook and don't cook and like to have precise cut on things. I literally debone a whole chicken and I take the bones out of my own thighs, wings and things like that when I wanna bake them or fry them or use them for anything. So having a sharp knife is very important because having a dog this product is awesome for people cook and don't cook and like to have precise cut on things. I literally debone a whole chicken and I take the bones out of my own thighs, wings and things like that when I wanna bake them or fry them or use them for anything. So having a sharp knife is very important because having a dull knife you can hurt yourself or others. Clean them and breeze in the sink or even the dishwasher. And I like that the blade and the heel they don't come apart so that doesn't let water get in so it keeps from having germs and bacteria grow inside those places because a lot of people don't know that is water get into barrier between the knife and the heel and the handle I think we also call it That can cause bacteria to grow and nasty germs that you can't get rid of.
Had sharpen the blades, but having sharpener is a big plus. For the price they are best I've owned so far.
This is absolutely amazing and the sharpener actually works it super convenient and amazing so far haven't had any issues with them
This is not an expensive knife, with some weight to them. What it is, is an nice looking and decent knife set for the money. its also fully tanged and come with a build in sharpener. We bought this for our summer place and will be great for there. The expensive knife set stays home. This is not a negative comment, I really like the Farberware set!
These are very pretty, but extremely poor quality. Every knife in the set had rust spots after the very first use. I have been trying to scrub the spots off, but i can't keep up with them. Thanksgiving dinner prep was the last straw. I will be throwing this set away and purchasing a different brand. I have used knives from Dollar Tree that were higher quality than these.
This is one of the worst purchases I've ever made. There is an instruction to clean the blades immediately after use and they mean IMMEDIATELY. I have had these for less than a month before they started to rust. You definitely can't use the dishwasher with these. It's too wet for too long. I dried them by hand and it wasn't enough! It's not a few of the knives, either. All of the steak knives in my block have rust on them despite my cleaning and drying efforts. Only ones spared are my butcher's and paring knives. Do they expect you to wipe off your blade between cuts? Blades are sharp. Only good thing I have to say.
I really needed new kitchen knives so I ordered a different set that was out of stock and was given this item as a much more expensive substitution. I didn't choose this color but still went with it the cutting was very good but after my first time washing the knife they are already rusted. This is disgusting unsanitary and unacceptable. Not too mention it's pass returning because I didn't use them right away due too it being substituted and the original item was still out of stock i feel like my money was wasted for knives i will have to replace again
