Great Product'
Bought this to add to my daughter's set. I bought her some Farberware Brilliance stainless steel cookware this past Christmas. She loves the set so, I'm adding to it. She said it's quality ware and loves cooking with it.

Cooks as it should for a stainless steel pan. The heat stays even and the handle is supportive. Will order another one.

Farberware 12.25 inch pan stainless steel
The induction range allows for even heating. This product is excellent for steaks. I cannot wait to use it. I love Farberware products.

much better than nonstick
solid pan, disperses heat nicely and cleans up well too. I finally get that maillard effect I've been looking for!

This is a very nice pan. Its nice and heavy and cooks like a dream. I also ha e a glasstop stove and this will not hurt it. I already loved Farberware but this Brilliance line is nice.

Most of the set was perfect. One pot has a defect.
I like Faberware products so I decided to invest in some more stainless steel cookware. The largest pot is a great size but arrived with a dark ring close to the top. I am not sure if it was a defect in manufacturing or if this is "normal" none of the other pots or pans have this mark so I am not sure.

Made so well!
I received a 9 piece farberware set from my folks in 1982. I just replaced it with the 10 piece set 30 days ago. I love the clear lids and the handles attached to the exterior of the pot. The depth of the large fry pan is excellent for cooking one dish meals stove top. The one thing I wish it included is a medium sauce pan. It's the best size for cooking rice. Other than that, I am thrilled with the 10 piece set.

Not so good
Every thing sticks. On low heat or medium heat it sticks %26 you can't cook on high not recommended by manufacture

Poor qualty
I bought this last month and am very disappointed with the purchase. The sauce pan is made of sturdy stainless steel but the steel quality is very low. After using if it's not washed immediately then one can see rust stains on the bottom of the pan. Didn't expect this from Farberware. I won't be buying their products anymore.
