Really nice pan. I love the shiny, mirror like, finish on the outside. The inside is also very nice and smooth. The inside bottom of the pan is flat and should likely stay that way. The aluminum disk embedded in the bottom spreads the heat evenly and works great. The lid fits really well. Overall construction is very good. I've used the pan a few times now and no discoloration on the inside of the pan. The outside is just as shiny as brand new. Cleans easily. The handle could (maybe) have been a bit more 'hefty' to make it more comfortable to lift, especially when heavy - but that might have changed the overall 'look' of the pan. It is in the "classic" line; so maybe the designer didn't think a bigger handle would have looked 'classic'. Overall, a great looking and great functional pan. I purchased the 3 qt, 2, qt, and 1 qt. pans - makes a really nice set. I'm impressed and very happy.

This is a great little saucepan. I have a Farberware double boiler that my mom bought in the 1950's, I think, or even earlier, possibly. The handles are still perfectly snug, and do not heat up, so you don't even need a pot holder. You have a wonderful product. Congratulations!

I started using my Farberware pans on April 10, 1964. - 62 year anniversary coming up and they are still going strong - using them every day! The only thing wrong is that one knob is off the large pan. That was a great purchase!

VERY nice pan. Handle is easy on my arthritic hands. Polishes up very nicely with Bar Keeper's Friend. I use it for everything - I love it so much, this is my second one. Good weight - not too heavy but heavy and solid enough that this pan is NOT going to warp. Highly recommend.

The perfect addition to my set! The stainless pot is my favorite and I am happy to have this additional size to complete my set.

I like Farberware Pots. They are well made, priced reasonably and they look great.

I used this for the first time last night......And it met and exceded my expectations... easy to clean, even heat.....I cooked on med high heat.....no discoloration on bottom of pot. good weight.....I will be buying more of these pans......Just really liked the performance.... Great value. I do not cook every night.....but this will be the first pot I grab from now on.

I love the brand Farberware. The pots are made very durable & last for many, many years. I have had my 3 Farberware pots for 23 years, believe it or not. They are still in great shape & work just fine. If you want nice sturdy pots that will last for many years, then Farberware is the brand for you!

Although I did not plan on paying 25.00+ for one pot, I am glad that I bought this one. I needed a smaller pot than those that were offered in stores. And, when smaller saucepans were offered in stores, they often came with other pots and pans. My apartment is tiny. Storage space is very limited. The Farberware brand is reliable. This pot is very shiny and cleans easily. It is about 6 1/2 inches in diameter.

I saw many reviews where customers said they found black spots in the pot. On my third use, I also did. I saw where the company suggested we use a stainless cleaner like Bon Ami to clean the spots. That sounded really bogus to me, but I did it. Guess what??!! NO black spots......instead there're White spots!! The company stated that these are not harmful but to me, black spots inside a stainless-steel pot sounds wrong. I think the stainless is just a coating and the black spots is where the coating is coming off. I don't want to chance something like lead leaching into our food. We're returning it to the store for a refund. I suggest that if you do, write down the order number. They won't do a refund without it.
