Farberware Classic Series 4 qt Covered Stainless Steel Saucepot with Lid

first of all i like stainless steel utensils. This 4 quart pot is good for making rotini pasta, mac & cheese, spaghetti, stews, soups, Indian liquid dals etc. I have used this pot before. I do not recommend any one to wash this in dishwasher, because the black handles looses their shine.

I replaced my 1989 Revere Ware pots with Farberware and I'm so glad I did. I bought a whole set! They're beautiful. The look and feel are high quality. And the way they cook is excellent. I've been handwashing them and will never put them in the dishwasher. Great purchase!

Wife wanted the 4 & 6 qt pots to complete a set she has been working on for 35 years. This stuff just doesn't wear out & you can't tell the new from the old. We have given several sets of Farberware over the years as wedding gifts.

This 4 quart saucepan is nice however I wanted to replace my 4 quart pot with single handle… unfortunately Farberware no longer offers the 4 quart pot…

I've been looking for a pot of this size for awhile. I didn't realize that Farberware had this particular one. I love farberware and am so happy to add this pot to my collection.

Even better than the original set I bought forty years ago. Looks just like it always has, but the bottom disc is much heavier.

I purchased this as a gift, I have one myself and love it. When I rec'd it, I noticed it wasn't as heavy as mine ( mine is approx. 6 years old). One reviewer stated it didn't say 18/10 stainless on the bottom. My original one did - the new one did not. So I ordered another one from Kohls which was more expensive. Just rec'd it, exact same as the one purchased from Walmart. It did not have the stamp on the bottom 18/10 stainless. The Walmart one was about $20 cheaper. So apparently Farberware is making them different now. Keeping the Walmart one. Ordering was very easy and rec'd in timely manner.

The inside does take on a stain which high quality stainless steel does not usually do.

I bought this because I wanted a 4 quart 18/10 stainless steel stock pot. Unfortunately, there is nothing on the box stating that the stock pot is 18/10 stainless steel. Just that it is stainless steel. Likewise, the pot is missing any stamp or other indication that it is 18/10 stainless steel. As such, I am returning it.

SavvyWay billed my card and never shipped the item. Then, over an entire month, via email they misled me about re-shipping and eventually, I had to go online to Walmart to get a refund. This was just a horrible experience.
