Farberware Classic Series 1 qt Stainless Steel Straining Saucepan with Lid and Pour Spouts

We owned one pot just like that use it almost every day so had to have another great pot and great value and great price

Faberware has been a quality product for many years. This small saucepan is perfect for 1-2 cup warm ups.

Well....there is no contender for this magnificent . ...long lasting product....I have a one quart still beautiful after almost 50 years...YEAH!!!!Do not have lid but will inquire soon about that.

The 1qt pan is a replacement for another pan I've had so long the handle fell off. I am a maple syrup candy maker and use this pan often. Can't wait for the new pan with the thicker handle. Better for my old hands.

I have owned Farberware cookware for many years, but decided I needed an additional saucepan. I chose the 3 quart saucepan with the pouring spouts. It's so easy to use! When I make small amounts of pasta, I don't have to bring out my colander to drain the water! I love this saucepan! Definitely recommend buying it!!

I bought this saucepan a month ago and love the way it pours!!! We use it daily for boiling water, so pouring is important. It pours better than anything else in the house. Seriously. If I wanted an improvement, it would be a longer "skirt" on the lid so that it seals for making rice (but I have other pots). (Yes, I did rotate the straining holes away from the lips. :-) ) The saucepan is highly polished which allows me to see a slight "wave" about an inch from the top, probably caused by the tooling used to form the pouring lips. Also takes longer to heat the exact same amount of water than the aluminum pan of the same heating diameter that it replaced. Still like it.

Bought this pan about 1 month ago. It's a cute little pan. However, by using it, the kind of thin and weird shape of the handle does not make it feel comfortable holding the pan. Why doesn't it have a somewhat straighter and thicker handle like most other Faberware pans ? For that reason I would not buy it again.

What happened to Farberware? I have had in the past fairly high quality kitchen items. Like so many other brands, they are made cheap. This pan did not have the weight of stainless steel they used to have. Bottom of pan had all kinds of marks, even after washing.
