Farberware Classic Stainless Steel 6-Piece Tripe-Riveted Knife Set with Black Handle

My son just moved into his own apartment and needed a basic beginner set of knives. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of these knives. I have a much more expensive set at home and I was not expecting much from these to be honest. However, these knives are so sharp, and have a nice feel. They will last him a long time! excellent quality for the price.

I got this for a temporary set until my expensive ones came. I sent the expensive ones back. Super sharp and sharpen well. Sturdy and feel nice in your hand.

I was looking for some new knives and I didn't want as huge of a knife block as I previously had. I literally never needed to use six steak knives at one time. This small set is working fine for my family of four. The scissors are low quality and the knives aren't amazing but they're much better than my old ones. And these are easy on the budget. Overall it met my need and I have to give him five stars for price and value. Would I buy them again? Yep.

the thinest, flimsiest set of knives. safety hazard, I could snap the blades off in one hand and I struggle opening boxes sometimes. the only somewhat redeeming quality is that they hold an edge alright when sharpened and the scissors where okay. you'd be better off buying a single $20 knife

I had only used these knives approximately 3 times and noticed rust! I thought Farberware was a good name ! I never let them sit in water, and I dry them before returning them to the block.
