I have been using this all the time !! It's wonderful, I followed the directions!! Don't heat on high, medium works great, and washed it before using. It's so easy to clean!! I hand wash, it takes a few minutes. Dry it and put it away!! I have cooked hamburger, chicken, made spaghetti and soup with lots of veggies. I highly recommend this pan!! You do have to be careful taking the lid off because of steam. I place the lid half on and that solved the problem. I use the lid all the time.

Love the extra large size, and nice glass lid. Be careful to not let it over heat without sufficient ingredients or it could warp it. My second one, Use the other one for about five or six years until it began to stick at times. Cleans easily, and I have a great non-stick surface again.

This is the best large shallow pan for cooking things that i have found at a decent price. I would recommend this to anyone that is attempting to make big batch items without breaking the bank.

This is the second one that i have bought this year due to the non-stick feature wearing out. That should tell you something. But I used it everyday for everything. It's impressive when it's not worn out. The food cooks evenly and doesn't stick or burn. I hope they update the nob on the lib, it keeps coming lose and I have to tighten it once a week.

I really wanted to get a nice, big, deep fry pan. but I can't have regret getting this one. It's great looking. But I wish the lid had a hole in it for steamed escape. But I put it on my stovetop, but it must just dissipate heat like crazy!! Because it takes forever to fry something. the coating is amazing, the nonstick surface works fantastic. ( the first thing I made in it was liver and onions, and I had to cook everything for about 15 minutes. But it didn't burn and didn't stick) it's a very thick aluminum pan, but it just does not heat up even with my stove on it's highest setting.

I have a couple of faberware cooking ware items in the past so it's not much different from what I've purchased as replacements the previous few years. My review is based on delivery where it arrived damaged. I give this score an incompletion. Will share an update the next time.

The size is perfect for what I needed, however the bottom warps every time I use it. The highest heat we used on a glass top stove was 4 out of 10. Pretty bummed about it.

After first use it molded and bent so it no longer lays flat on the stove which results in the food not cooking all at the same time depending on where on the pan it's cooking.

I received mine but the non-stick coating was missing on three spots of the surface. Mine was defective and that is not generally a problem with Farberware. Just be aware that others may be like mine. I'm not sure if I'm going to buy the same pan or try a T-Fall.

I have a glass topped stove. This pan doesn't seem to be flat bottomed. When I've used it, the pan seems to float over the stove top. At first, I thought it was because the stovetop was kind of greasy, but It has happened on a clean surface since then.
