Farberware Kitchen 17-Pc Non-Stick Tool & Gadget Set for Cooking & Baking

I have to admit the potato peeler and pizza cutter i did not think it would hold up.I peeled lots potatoes cucumbers no problems.I have used pizza cutter several times no issues.

Product is sturdy, stands up 2 heat. Doesn't scratch pans or pots. Overall very satisfied.

Great Farberware gadget set. 17 pieces to start a household or add to your home. Spatulas, spoons , pizza slicer, can opener, measuring cups and spoons. My daughter just started her own household and she loves this set. Very durable and easy to clean.

I returned because the gadgets included, potato peeler and the pizza cutter were bottom line, looked like they'd bend/break with first use. Also, it was difficult to see measurement sizes on Cups and Spoons, but I have "Old Eyes". On the postitive side: The tools, Spatulas and Spoons were sturdy, look very durable. I liked that they had the preferable one piece handle construction. Handle will not come apartand/or food particals, other gunk, water, etc. can't get traped in the split handle area like it would if handle were a two part constuction. This Purchase was an intended as gift to 20 yr old, new to cooking. I returned because I did not want to discourage any new cook with inferior potato peeler, pizza cutter, etc. I plan to buy individual items, tried and true Brands I prefer: OXO, Cpalhalon, Kitchen Aid and/or T-Fal.

Considering the low price I think this is a very good buy. If you were to purchase these items separately you would pay far more.The quality of the items seem to be mostly quite good.I will keep the can opener, potato peeler,and pizza cutter I already own - certainly no improvement there.I am very happy with the tools themselves and that is the main reason I made this purchase.

Great for someone's first apartment.

My mom asked for new cooking utensils for Christmas so I got these as it is a good quality kit with almost everything you would need except maybe a potato masher. The problem I had is Wal-mart sent me a product package that was all beat up and halfway smashed and then taped up with orange walmart tape. This was the Farberware product package and not the shipping box, mind you. I was worried something might be missing or damaged and what my mom would think when she opened her present. It was too late to return it and have by Christmas. Yup she was concerned about the box condition when she removed the wrapping paper. But thankfully everything was there and in good shape other than the box.

With the Faberware name, I expected more quality than I would get from the Dollar Tree. However, if I could take these back, I would. The FIRST time using them, they lose all their shine. POOR, POOR quality. Don't waste your money.
