This product is much better then a regular brush for spreading sauces and BBQ sauce. It holds the liquid and is easy to wash and clean. I will not ever go back to the old fashion brush for my cooking needs. Silicone basting brush is the way to go!

This silicone cooking brush is very nice, it holds alot of sauce and coats the meat well. I cleaned It off easily in the sink and it looks brand new again! I love that it can take high temp's without issue. The bristles seems like they won't fall off. A nice basic necessity kitchen tool!

Surprisingly high quality basting brush. The bristles are silicone and cut in such a way that they rest inside of each other like puzzle pieces (trust me, the analogy works). It seems to help with trapping liquids in the brush and makes for much better application.

This brush is very interesting. The bristles are shaped in such a way that they hold a lot more sauce than traditional bristles. That is a very good thing, for me. I have not tried it with a thin and runny sauce, so I'm not sure how it works for that.

A great quality brush at a good price. The bristles seem a little stiff so I would prefer a different brush generally. Stands up to heat and is easy to use.

It spreads well and cleans well. Takes a little finesse to ensure it's all the way dry because everything fits perfectly together. Theres no airflow to allow drying. Other than that, it's a good brush.

The Farberware Professional Silicone Basting Brush is great! The heat-resistant Silicone is cookware safe and won't harm your kitchen ware of choice. Reasonably priced, who wouldn't love this addition to their kitchen. It's not just any basting brush. Better than what you're used to, this basting brush is dishwasher safe and Highly recommend for the season. Doesn't compare to the usual paint brush. Ha! Put it to use upon arrival.

This item wasn't as good as expected. The bristles are too stiff and it doesn't work very well if you're using it for egg wash, which what I bought it for. It's also good for meat. Probably better for meat use rather than egg wash on dough.
