I got three of these heart pendants and necklaces for my wife and daughters for Valentine's Day. They really loved them. Said they were beautiful. They wear them everywhere they go. I recommend this product.
This necklace came in a pretty box with pendant and chain both individually wrapped. Also came with a little satchel to put the necklace in. The stone is very pretty. Very nice gift to give.
Item was gorgeous but shipping sucked. It arrived in a plastic bag and the jewelry box it was in was so smashed that the metal corners were broken, sticking out and sharp that it cut my hand.
dependent was real sterling silver but the necklace was not it was plated, so I had to end up buying a real sterling silver necklace to go with the pendant so that I could be able to give it to my daughter for her birthday thank God things worked out for me. however when the seller put the description in of what the jewelry product is they need to make sure that they are telling the truth to the customer because the description says that the pendant and the necklace is supposed to be sterling silver but it wasn't and this is not the first time that I have had to deal with this with Walmart sellers that I buy from on the Walmart app. If the sellers would just tell the truth to the customer and allow the customer to decide whether they want to buy the product or not that would be so much better I like costume jewelry too but I don't want to be lied to about it it's in the description it says that the material is supposed to be one thing but when it gets to you it turns out to be another.
When I received this Mother's Day gift it was beautiful but broken and unfixable 🥹 Going to try and order another 🙏🏻

very cheap I wanted to return it but the girl a Walmart couldn't find it and it doesn't have a receipt.
So disappointed the necklace never made it to my house and it was a birthday present so I had to order something else and it was late
I got this for my daughter's birthday. It's so small she had to take a picture to read it. Very disappointing!!!
arrived without a chain. cant get a refund. cant return. gave me a credit then i couldnt even use it. put in a reorder in which i literally had to pay for it twice and im yet to recieve the full product.
