Pool Table

Angie May 18, 2015

Product took about 2 hours to put together. Hardest part was putting the screws in the legs of the table. Good table for the money we spent. Our family has used it frequently and enjoy playing on it.

Nice Looks but Poor Quality Parts

Michael December 13, 2022

Table looks good but the balls are cheap and not properly balanced so they shift direction at the end of a roll (not the table). The cue sticks are really cheap as is the brush. They should keep the low quality accessories and just reduce the price a bit instead. Although I'm sure they aren't worth much. Also, they include a wrench for the assembly bolts but it didn't fit the heads of the bolts so it was useless. The bolt heads have a non-standard size making it difficult to find a wrench to fit. No sockets either metric or standard fit. The only thing that worked was an open end 12mm wrench but even it wasn't a 100% fit. Also, some of the wood screws for the legs wouldn't tighten completely as the holes drilled might have been a bit too big. I had to insert toothpick pieces so they tightened properly.

The table top is not completely level, but it's still fun to play on.

Good sturdy table

cedara June 2, 2015

although....My husband reinforced the legs with corner brackets to the floor because the table had some wobble to it during play. Definitely worth the price (especially considering only paid $5 for the brackets).

Poor Quality

WintersetJ June 26, 2013

This product looks nice enough but none of the pieces fit toegther like they should. Almost all of the predrilled holes were off making assembly difficult and one of the most important parts, one of the support beams, were so off that we had to request a new one before it could even be assembled. So far the inconvenience overall compared to the price was not worth it at all and we aren't even done putting it together as we are waiting for the part.

ZERO assembly instructions or parts list. It is a total GUESS what hardware goes to what part

Don't Spend the money; not worth it!

Shawn December 11, 2022

As far as quality goes, this is a $300 pool table with a $1200 price tag; not worth the money. First day we started playing on it the felt started shedding severely; it was coming off in small clumps. Also, the rails/bumpers have almost no give/play, so the balls stops on the rails a lot. The table top is also cheaply made, so don't let the picture fool you, it is not what you would expect for $1200. The underneath and the legs of the table are built with some quality and that quality should have carried over to the playing surface (Table top) itself. My brother in law bought a pool table on Amazon that is leaps and bounds ahead in quality of the Fat Cat Reno, and with a price point of $485. Wish I would have gotten that one. However, if you still insist on purchasing this, I recommend not purchasing the Angi Home Service assembly package at time of order. I would work through Angi separately. It is cheaper, less confusing and more organized.
