Very easy to put together. Just the right size for my kitten to grow into. The only negative thing I have with it is that the single poles with the seats on them, are not as secure as I'd like them to be. With too much pressure, they will bend and become unsteady, even if you re-tighten them. You definitely should not use them to push or pull the Tree Tower into place!!!

there's one piece that will not stay on but other than that my cat is getting a lot of enjoyment out of it

I like it for $35. Not for what they say retail price should be. The thing you Must do is make a large base. If your cat plays on it it will fall over. Assembly is not bad. It needs 2 of the larger houses. The smaller one is OK for a kitten but how long does that last. The first thing is the swinging balls come off. Mine was both within an hour. It sounds like a piece of crap but actually my cats use it all the time. It's definitely not worth the $80 retail they claim

The catchy isn't a bad idea. It's just that I couldn't figure out how I could get it put together. It's a very good idea. I don't think my cat was a mess not having it, but I'm gonna try to put this together soon.

The tubes holding up the platforms are cardboard. My 8 pound cat broke them off the first week. The lessons the pain of buying an inferior product.

This is not nearly as large as the picture implies. The very top platform maybe sits at about 5 feet. The front circular platform broke off the first time my cat stepped on it. The plastic actually broke, so you can't put it back on. If I saw this at a yard sale in new condition for $20, I would pass. Save yourself the hassle.

Received it early, which was awesome I thought but when I unboxed it the main board that holds the whole unit up was cracked. I decided that I would go ahead and continue on. It's the bottom board then as I continued putting it together, which was easy enough, especially since it didn't have all the hardware I needed to connect everything, but I got it together and I'm very disappointed because I paid good money for the cat house and thought it would be perfect for my babies and I receive something broken and not all the pieces . there so I give it a one don't waste your money on it if you do make sure that you check to make sure everything‘s there

Missing hardware and pieces. Have to return but can't fit in the box again
