The April Fresh fragrance is warm, clean, and nostalgic. It reminds me of freshly washed sheets straight out of the dryer. The scent fills the room consistently, and unlike some plug-ins, it doesn't fade quickly. Many listings note it can last up to 50 days on the low setting, and in my experience, that's pretty accurate.
Febreze Plug In Air Freshener Scented Oil air fresheners have a wonderful fresh smell. You can start to smell them within a couple of minutes after plugging them in. The smell fills the air with a really nice fresh scent. It makes the area smell really good.
April fresh is my favorite scent. It has the right amount of freshness with smell %26 last a good bit. the double air freshners are my favorite because they last longer than the single ones.
This item brought out by Febreeze is awesome. Many different scents to choose from. Buy the plug and the Febreeze refills. Each container has (2) scents that switch back and forth. When you first plug it in it will blink blue 🔵 twice. When it comes to the settings you want it to last for the 35-45 days. It will last longer on the lowest setting. Once you see it blinking non stop it's time for a new container. I'm used to my home smelling clean and filled with fragrance. People who come by say "Wow your home smells nice", I tell them thank. I'm so used to the aroma I really don't smell anything until I have left home for awhile and come back and wow the smell is amazing. Thank you Febreeze PS: They are a little pricey but so very much worth it. Believe me, you will not be disappointed. Walmart Thank You For Allowing Me To Share With Other Consumers /Customers
my whole apartment smells like the plug inside even I first get them. but then it seems not as strong. also it says it's adjustable but it's not. I'll tell ya what tho, I got over plugged in next to the litter box and I can't smell the mess my cat got going on in there 😄 but like I said it doesn't last long. maybe a week tops 🤷♀️
I don't like that they don't last as long as they claim. Yes, you can set it low so that it lasts, but the scent doesn't carry. I have a very small one bedroom apartment. Even with 2 set on the lower setting still doesn't work. I've had to use the medium setting and for how much they are, they should last a little longer on medium.
I used to swear by these plug ins as I thought they were just the bee's knees. However, the past couple of times the scent seemed much lighter so I have to turn them all the way up to have the same effect as before. In addition, when pointing the unit sideways, this time around one of them leaked oil all over the place smh. Because I love the scent so much, I would still recommend but I'd recommend to proceed with a bit of caution
I sampled the Air Effect (aerosol) version of Febreeze's Downy in the store and it immediately went into my cart. Loved it! A couple weeks later, I decided to buy a few warmers and try it along with the Gain scent (see my review on the Gain scent). I wanted to love this product. I really did. But I'm still trying to figure out the "layering" that Febreeze is trying with this. It should be possible to have *just* Downy without another scent competing for attention. Sadly, the competing scent wins this battle. (Not so much with Gain) I happily opened the packaging and was met with a "kinda" Downy smell. Looking again at the package, I saw the other scent was called "Clean Linen", or some such. No matter, into the warmer they went and then into an outlet. I can sum this up in two letters. P U. I realize people smell things differently, which is why there's been any product ever made containing mint. But I digress. Personally, this smells like someone dropped a strange citrus-soaked sweat sock into some Downy. The only way I will lay out the cash to buy this again will be when Febreeze forgets the layering and gives us pure Downy scent. If you can pry off the collar holding the twin bottles into place and replace the Linen with Downy, you'd have a winner. But this stuff is too expensive to be doing that each time you replace. Stick with the aerosol version.
We really did not like the Febreze Fade Defy PLUG Air Freshener Refills (Downy April Fresh). My husband actually asked me to take them out and get rid of them because they were too much for our home. The scent was extremely strong and very perfumed right from the start. Instead of a light fresh smell, it felt heavy and artificial, and it quickly became overwhelming in the rooms we tried them in. Even on the lowest setting, the fragrance was still too intense and did not feel pleasant. After a short time, the smell started to feel like it was lingering in an unpleasant way rather than making the space feel clean or fresh. We ended up removing the plug-ins completely because they were not comfortable to have on. Overall, this was not a good fit for us, and we will not be buying it again.
I love my Tide with Downy for my laundry. So why wouldn't I like it in a warmer!? it was so stout, so strong, like a flowerdy old lady perfume scent that my sinuses and allergies and smell wouldn't hang with. You others may like it. I had to unplug mine, i was sad
