Fellowes 121C 12-Sheet Cross-Cut Paper Shredder

This heavy duty shredder is perfect for my home office. The size is good, it operates beautifully and is quiet. The only small drawback is you have to attach the wheels which were somewhat stubborn and difficult to do, but otherwise with patience it can be accomplished and you will be very happy with your purchase. I also purchased the Fellows Oil product to keep my new little machine running perfectly for many years to come. I highly recommend this shredder and ordering it through Walmart was the most efficient way to assure its timely delivery and a great way to return it if needed.

I have had a lot of shredders. This one is the best. Ease of use; durability; great wheels; and the front door idea makes for easy emptying. I can't believe how quiet it is.

The best shredded I ever had. It is unbelievable how well it works

Great Shredder better than Any of the smaller ones we've had, no comparison

The Fellowes 121C shredder arrived promptly. After reading instruction and setting it up it worked flawlessly. Having read some other reviews, I have noticed that taking just a few minutes to read instructions is important: Lubrication WITH THE RIGHT KIND OF OIL is important. One customer shortened the life of her shredder by never lubricating the shredding mechanism. Also the right kind of oil with which to lubricate is important: Not only the printed instruction, also the symbols under the under the insertion slot indicate that the W-4 spray type of lubrication SHOULD NOT be used. One should not abuse a well-constructed piece of machinery. The instructions indicate that one should lubricate prior to each shredding. I ordered the correct kind of Fellowes lubricating oil. It helps do the job correctly.

This replaced my old model that was the same and had for many years. The key thing to remember is oil after you empty your container. I didn't do that with my first one and learned my lesson as I was doing some heavy shredding. It was delivered very quickly, so that was great. Works really well and is not so noisy. Love it!

So far, so good. I have had this shredder for about a month now and it digests paper with ease. I have had no jams of any type unlike other units I have owned in the past. The bin is easy to remove and dump and the wheels make it easy to move around. This is by far the best paper shredder I have owned.

This thing will definitely shred 12 sheets at a time for 15 minutes straight, I tested it immediately after purchase. No problems. Didn't even get that warm.

Engineering needs to reconsider the installation for casters. My only negative for a very fine shredder.

Having spent over 150.00$ for paper shredding, one have a hassle free experience. For heaven sake it's not a car. Obserd!
