Fellowes Powershred Jam Protection Micro Cut Shredder, Black, 1 Pack

I haven't had it long, but so far, I'm very impressed. It's a good size, easy to use and move around, and gets the job done efficiently. I had to order it twice because the first one got lost by the delivery company. The second one arrived quickly. I'm glad I bought it.

Bought this shredder on sale - great value. Operated shredder a couple of times upon arrival for home. Easy to use. Works better than expected. Papers would automatically reversed itself to prevent jamming. Bin is a little flimsy, but a little gentleness does the job. Highly recommend this unit.

Seems to be a pretty decent shredder. It's pretty easy to use. I'm not overly thrilled at how the bin attaches to the shredder. It doesn't always closed completely and I've got to fiddle with it more than I'd prefer. That said it seems to be quiet and I like that it has a light on the unit that tells me when I'm pushing too much paper into the shredder at one time.

Shredder does a great job. It is able to auto detect when more papers have been inserted than it can handle and will auto reverse when necessary. I bought it on clearance and it is a great value.

Works as advertised. No issues or problems yet.

Quick efficient shredding

This Fellowes LX210 replaces a Fellowes shredder I've had for nearly 20 years. The LX201 is a joy to use. It looks magnificent and shreds a handful of sheets quickly and easily. The Fellowes shredding bags included with the shredder ensure there is no cleanup mess (bags should be inserted properly and carefully). The instruction manual states that the shredder should be oiled each time you empty the waste bins--and that is important. Since the container of oil included with the shredder is sufficient for only a few uses, I would recommend that the purchaser order an additional supply of Fellowes oil and proper shredder bags shortly after receiving the shredder. Micro-cut shredders must be oiled as required to maintain efficiency. Everything about the LX210 reflects thoughtful design and workmanship perfection. I love it!

We like the convenient pull out basket and it's a lot quieter than our previous unit

The product did not work when it came out of the box -would not start when plugged into the power. No customer service accessible on the weekend and no online support available.
