I use it for my hair as a strengthening and thickening treatment and it's very hydrating with a lot of slip!! When you add water it turns into a jelly base. Fenugreek has been a stample in my hair routine for 10 years now.

Yes, it's bitter. But what would one expect from a powder such as this… I add half a teaspoon to my morning oatmeal, along with ground flax, honey, cinnamon, clove and a dash of organic half and half. I love it.

This powder was exactly what I was looking for when I was making lactation smoothies for my postpartum journey.

This is 100% fenugreek. It has no added ingredients

I don't know much about fenugreek, but I was pleased with how easy it was to open %26 use. There's a sizeable amount in the bag I got. So, it should last a long while for me.

A pretty good find. Fenugreek herb helps in several health issues. Last time, I noticed its effectivness as a DHT "blocker". I just wish this were covered by EBT as it also is a food spice.

I use Fenugreek to make berbere, so I am always looking for bulk quantities of the spices I use. The Food To Live brand Fenugreek is not nearly as strong as other brands, so I ended up needing to use more of it to get the same consistent flavor of berbere. Unfortunate, so I won't be getting this brand again.

Not sure of effect because it tastes awful
