Unfortunately, my original package was lost and stolen. However, I decided to purchase a similar product from a local store near my residence. I have to say, this has turned out to be one of the best fenugreek products I've tried! It's especially helpful for digestive health, hair growth, etc. I have observed a remarkable change within few days. The quality is excellent, and the results have been noticeable after just a few uses. I'm definitely going to keep this as a staple in my kitchen/pantry. Highly recommend it!

This is very good fenugreek/methi. Currently I am infusing some in olive oil for 2 weeks in the sun in glass jar. Also I am soaking all night the seeds. Boil water in kettle, pour over seeds and let sit all night and I like to let it sit all day too. Strain into spray bottles,apply to scalp and massage in. Leave to dry. The oil can be used before and after washing. A little goes a long way!

soaking overnight and drinking the water is ok to bring down sugar. Putting the seeds in yogart i like, gives it a extra nutty flavor. its a little early to see the effects but i am hopeful.

The bag of seeds broke a little bit, some seeds inside the outer package. That's fine . Next time be careful to pack bag of seeds.

These fenugreek seeds worked well in what I used them for (hair elixir). I feel that for the size it could have been a little less expensive than I want. But I would still buy for price. I will be purchasing more of it

Definitely smaller than made to look in pic. A little expensive for the price in my opinion. It's like a handful of seeds. I'll be looking elsewhere for a better deal.

Not sure if it actually helped with my blood sugar regulation. But Walmart or seller should have the pick up option or have it available in the stores. Just ridiculous that the shipping fee is the same as the price of the product.

the bag is not full at all it's like a half of a cup way to the bottom I would never purchase again in my lifetime I will grow it in my backyard that don't make no sense

The product was advertise being a full bag to only be shipped to me not even a half a bag. Why advertise something that you're not gonna sell?
