Great Value Organic Whole Flax Seed, 22 oz

Trying to stick to an anti-inflammatory diet I have a wonderful app that guides me in sticking to a Mediterranean diet. I add these flax seeds to my yogurt to my salad my old-fashioned oatmeal and I'm so happy I can get them at Walmart for such a good price.

All the bags of Great Value Whole Organic Flaxseed that I've purchased over the last 5 years have been great. They are fresh and taste great. I grind them up in a coffee grinder to add to various dishes and add whole to my smoothie mixtures to be ground in the BlendTec.

I bought these Whole Flax Seeds by mistake; I meant to buy the Ground Flax Seed instead. I'm sure these are fantastic. Walmart Customer Service was great about my returning these unopened Whole Flax Seeds. When making smoothies, I need the Ground Flax Seeds. 😋

I actually ordered the wrong kind. That doesn't change the taste of it though it's still an excellent product. I'll just have to be a little more careful next time. It does add a super crunch to my salad then I don't get anywhere else. And it's good for a small snack when you're making healthy choices.

This flax seed is affordable for me on a fixed income and I have it daily in my oatmeal. Needless to say I never have hunger issues nor toilet issues. Keeps me regular and quick. I soak over night then add to my morning oatmeal along with chia seeds. So grateful for this product. It changed my life. Sometimes I add flax to a smoothie but my daily intake is with oatmeal.

Mammavation and other research groups tested this and found it to be low in any contaminates, while many other brands of flax were full of phalates, and other harsh synthetic chemicals, even in some organic brands of flax. This brand has the lowest levels of these contaminates, for the best price.

I read about the benefits of flaxseed and started adding it to my oatmeal. I like the addition of it. I feel like I'm taking even better care of myself by incorporating flaxseed into my diet.

These are healthy seeds for all. I add them to soups and salads. These seeds can help alleviate some of the signs of menopause. They helped me. Anyone can google it.

These are great to have around to add to different dishes. They blend in well with ground beef. I like them as a source of fiber and use them to make seed crackers. (mixture in pic)

This was to mix with the rice in the heating pad i sewed to heat in the micro wave to put around my neck. One video suggested mixing flax and rice because the flax stays warm longer. I ended up just using white rice. Once heated in the microwave it felt great around my neck and shoulders. I am returning the item.
