Okay, so here's my review. I am going to assist you. In a world of AI and all that other stuff, it wouldn't take you long to figure this out. However, I tried these walnuts. They were tasty. I've had walnuts all over. I've had fresh ones and everything. These ones are just fine. Okay, so I'm going to break it down for you. They're heart healthy. They are a super, they lower bad cholesterol. Okay, so there's a bullet point. And then they promote healthy brain function with omega-3s, polyphenols, and stuff like that, and vitamin E. Okay, so I would suggest that if somebody does not like fish, then just tell them, here, here honey, or here son, or here daughter, eat some walnuts. Ew, I don't like that. Okay, well then eat some fish because you want your children to have healthy brain functions. I think the prime time for the brain for children is 5 to 7, or 5 to 9, or 6 to 9, somewhere around those is where the brain in a child is growing and absorbing all information at like 100%. So this is the time when you want to fully cultivate the brain function for them and also make sure that anything going in is healthy and not negative. That is the time when you want to actually protect them the most because bad habits and negative things will be reinforced and will stay with them for the rest of their lives during that time period. Anyways, that's just on, if you don't believe me, go look it up for yourself, but it is the facts. I don't remember the actual age, but it is within that time bracket. You can find it for yourself. Walnuts promote gut health, disease prevention, sleep support, so it's got a lot of things. It's a superfood and stuff like that. It's a powerhouse of antioxidants, fiber, essential minerals, magnesium and copper. Magnesium and copper a lot of people are really low on and all that other stuff, so it is, it's very good. And if you don't like them tasting like that, then you can put them in your yogurt or whatever. Just make sure you get a healthy yogurt that's not sugar. You know, if it's got sugar in your yogurt and stuff like that and it's not natural sugar, then there's no point in even eating healthy if you're just going to destroy your body with sugar. Anyways, have fun you guys. I hope you enjoyed the review and learned something. If you have an older person that is struggling with memory, give them some walnuts all the time, all the time. It might not happen overnight and stuff like that, but it will at least assist. And if somebody has a likelihood of getting dementia or memory issues, or you see your loved one slipping with memory or whatever, get on this Walmart, I mean the walnuts. Okay. All right. I hope this helps somebody. Have a blessed day and pass forward the love energy of the 528 frequency.
I normally expect that store brands will contain a little of the less perfect ingredients without compromising taste, or quality, however, these walnuts were almost perfect without shells or husk and ground up very well for the recipe that I needed them for. I highly recommend this brand for walnuts .
I put mine in the refrigerator for freshness And being older in my 80s I put them in the food processor and grind them until they're almost a powder which gives me greater absorption. I use them in my oatmeal at breakfast. I use them in my smoothies. I know I'm getting good oil because they come from nuts. They are just a part of a well balanced diet for me.
Did you know how great walnuts are for brain health, especially!? Eat a handful or bake in cookies or banana muffins, top yogurt or oatmeal, etc...these crisp walnuts taste yummy anyway you choose to eat em! Get your health benefits on with Great Value nuts!
I tentatively added walnuts to my overnight oatmeal. I did it because they contain an Omega 3 acid that is heart healthy. I hadn't had them in years and didn't like them when I was young. But after about the 2 or 3 meal with them I warmed up because they're not only crunchy but they're quite tasty! And the fact that they come in a resealable bag saves me the trouble of having to store them each time in something that takes up more space (and is probably a more expensive option).
I really enjoy the Great Value Chopped Walnuts, 8 oz. They have been a great addition to my homemade zucchini bread and add just the right amount of texture and flavor. The walnuts taste fresh, are already conveniently chopped, and make baking much easier without extra prep time. They blend perfectly into breads, muffins, and other recipes. Overall, this is a great pantry staple and a product I will continue to keep on hand for baking.
these walnuts are great if you need a snack or just a healthy bite, BUT, 2 weeks ago they were $5.00 for a 16 oz. bag. This week 4.49 for 8 oz. Walmart is using AI to follow what you buy and increasing the price accordingly with your purchases. The more you buy and what type of device your using changes the price.
well... i ordered my prescriptions to be delivered, last night, and the order wasn't started until 2 minutes after the pharmacy closed. now, i can't figure out how to get them delivered, even though I've already paid for them. so... I'm not impressed
Rotten went to the went to Walmart store and the whole section bags of that chicken leg, quarters stuck through the bag. I told the meat manager about it also the meat and steaks that were on the in the meat case a lot of it was brown and turning color, I pointed them out to him too unbelievable.
I've been buying Great Value chopped walnuts for sometime and am finding increasingly that the weight of the item includes at a minimum of at least 3 ounces of walnut crumbs in the bottom of the bag. I'm not paying for crumbs, I'm paying for chopped walnuts. I realize there is going to be a bit of broken pieces and crumbs in every bag but it is now getting excessive and I'm quite sure you are aware that the more waste they add to the bag, the less product they're actually giving the customer, resulting in more money for them.
