Hershey's Natural Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, Can 8 oz

The taste is very chocolately. I had researched chocolate powders on ConsumerLab and this was one of the top 2 recommended as for being high in Flavanols. It is reported to have higher chocolate flavor than the other cocoa powders that are high in Flavanols. It has also been tested to be lower in lead than many others. I'm very pleased with this purchase as we use it most days for making evening cocoa to drink.

ti me this is soft cacao even tho it's cocoa and yes there's a difference I've been eating or drinking cacao for years it super healthy a bit sour but it's not chocolate understand that don't over do it on the sugar defeats the purpose if your making hot cocoa add some of Walmarts vanilla extract and evapmilk both grate value to they are the cheapest you can use xylitol to sweeten without messing it all up sinmer some arrowhead water and then add the cacao don't destroy the vital nutrients by boiling or over heating add the evap milk and vanilla extract but reao vanilla it tastes creamy Theo it in a blender or use a frother to mix it real good and it's magically delicious like delicious medicine look it up I'm not just saying stuff

I bought Hershys cocoa to make my own birthday cake which was in December. I just wanted a real cake and had not baked one from scratch in years. This product is non-gmo and that's why I bought it. It has the blue seal on the front of the box, bottom right hand corner. Like a lot of people I stay away from the GMO products. I only buy organic %26 non-gmo products to stay away from herbicides %26 chemicals. I have been using this cocoa for recipes.
