I ordered two boxes of the same chocolates, separate orders 2 days apart. The first box was delivered to my door and immediately taken inside away from 90 degree weather. I had received an email from Walmart indicting delivery that day. The second one I received a email saying it was delayed. I received no update indicating the arrival day of delayed shipment. However within 2-3 days the chocolates were forced into my mailbox unexpectedly, a late day USPS delivery on a 90 degree day where they sat until the following day. Had I been made aware of the expected delivery (Walmart usually emails expected arrival information) I would have been watching for USPS delivery as I had been for the first chocolate order. The chocolates are somewhat melted and misshapen, still edible but not good enough for gifting which is the reason I had purchased the chocolates. Also the plastic gift box they are in is cracked.

I purchased this as a gift for someone who is partial to this candy, so Im sure that it met with her approval taste wise. I gave it a low rating because it was poorly packaged for shipping from coast to coast across the U.S. The outer packaging was crushed and torn as well as the candy box itself. Considering the distance traveled, the candy may have had heat issues, I dont know, I was afraid to ask.

So disappointed when I received this. Ordered 48 count and noticed immediately that the box was much smaller than it used to be and each piece is about 2/3rds the size of the original. Won't be purchasing again, not worth the price anymore.

Refuses to deliver to me. I've now ordered this product twice and it's been "returned to sender" due to "insufficient address." Despite the fact I live in a large town that is a literal tourist destination and my housemates and I receive mail %26 packages at this exact address daily with no issue. Often packages ordered thru this very app.
