This is a great fiber to help with regularity. I suffer from ulcerative colitis and this is the only fiber that has ever worked. I started off with 1/2 caplet for almost 8 years now I take 1 a day. No bloating or cramping

This product was recommended after polyp had to be removed surgically, I've taken every since for good measure when I was told that it's there is a possible reoccurrence. So I use as a preventive measure 2 daily and its been 8 years. May not actually be preventing reoccurrence but it's good peace of mind. Price is nearly 25 % less than any other place I have purchased.

Need fiber daily and this is an excellent source as on a high protein/low carb lifestyle I don't always get my recommended 30 grams a day! Love it!

We ordered two bottles for pick up and one of them was dirty, missing much of the label including the lot number and expiration date and at one time had another label on it. I tried to upload photos but the web site says error try again repeatedly.

every time I've ordered this item. I've received the one for constipation and not forever therapy a few dollars difference.

I tried to give all other items 5 stars because they came and could not help being covered in blackberry jam. Every time I clicked 5 stars they disappeared. I tried numerous times but each time it did not work. So...5 stars for everything but the broken jar of blackberry jam.
