I was pleasantly surprised that this oil has a very high smoke point and fries very clean. There was absolutely zero smoke at 360 F and the chicken came out crispy, fresh and with a nice buttery taste. After frying several pieces of chicken, the oil was still clear and certainly can be reused two or more times. Yes, it's a little pricey, but it's also much healthier than cooking with vegetable or peanut oils.
Incredibly amount for the money! It pays off to buy the big bottle and pay less per an ounce. Tastes great with a pretty easy pour spout.
Love this olive oil ~ Light in taste so it works great when making homemade salad dressings, when baking or frying, or just drizzling on toast, pasta, or potatoes ~ Only wish it was still available to purchase in stores
absolutely one of my favorite oils
non GMO, 100% olive oil, doesn't have other oils mixed in it, kosher
The Best for making salad dressing and cooking pizza and sauce
cooks and tastes good.
I will order my olive oil this way from now on. First, it's hard to get it in this large a bottle in the store anymore. I go thru the tiny bottles so quick, I have to buy every couple weeks. Also, the economy of buying a larger bottle is very good.
Great olive oil. This is the only olive oil I use. I use filippo Berio for everything and it has never failed me.
Disliked because the item was expired. so I checked the expiration date, it's expired and the reason it smelled and tastes horrible.
