Final Fantasy XVI: Deluxe Edition - PlayStation 5

i love the game. i could not, however, get my extra items. and it didnt matter who i asked or how i searched, i could find no one to help me figure out how to get my items. 10/10 game. will never pre-order from walmart again... which kinda sucks, cos i work there. but still, I'll either do it from another site or not at all.

How can I rate a product I haven't received? I know the game is fantastic from playing the demo but Walmart sucks.

Because I bought it somewhere else and am already playing it instead of having to deal with walmarts god awful delivery service

Happy to have availability to order, but unhappy because it came damaged.

terrible customer service. supposed to come with a pre order bonus. ended haveing to send it back for a replacement to fix the issue. didnt come back with a preorder bonus code. literally 6 months ago the game came out. if your not going to deliver the preorder bonus code why even advertise it.

Haven't recieved it yet because there is a delay on it. Don'tunderstand why there is no compensation over the false delivery date because i would've bought it elsewhere.

Returned and bought elsewhere since no preorder bonus was given. Contacted customer service who transferred me 5x then told me it's not there problem it's the manufacturer. Terrible customer service .

I order final fantasy deluxe ed., I receive package got Prince of Persia Instant. big disappointment!

Didn't receive the pre order bonus codes. Support was no help and was probably just a machine. All they said was in a few days something or other was gonna be refunded but it's already been months and I've received nothing.

The review is not about the game. I never received my pre-order code I was intended to be given for my purchase. A week from when my game was delivered and well over since I ordered it and the code never came. The game itself is 10/5 stars and the deluxe physical items are worth it for collection.
