PlayStation DualSense Edge Wireless, Controller

$200 yet worth it. The toggles can be swapped out which makes $200 compared to my 13 PS4 controllers with broken toggles a deal. Comes with a set of L2 and R2 paddles you can swap out, L1 and R1 bottons, a charging cord and the case to keep it safe. Has a little more weight to it thsn the original PS5 controller and has many other extras like samwapping between button remap's. You can also reset it, calibrate it. Its worth $200.

very good product and it came quick

This is the second controller I've had to purchase, and these controllers are EXPENSIVE. What is especially frustrating is that you can't easily find replacement joystick modules for them. They are extremely difficult to find. I purchased an Allstate Protection Plan specifically for this reason. The controller was sent to the repair shop that Allstate referred me to, but when it was returned, parts were missing. I had to send it back, and I was then told that they had made it “magnetic” because they didn't have the proper parts. After those two repairs, Allstate no longer covered it under the protection plan. It is extremely frustrating to spend so much money on a controller only to have very limited repair options and replacement parts that are nearly impossible to find. If these controllers are going to be sold at such a high price, there should be reliable access to replacement parts and proper repair services. Customers shouldn't have to repeatedly send an expensive controller out for repair just to deal with problems that could potentially be fixed by replacing a joystick module. At this point, it feels like these expensive controllers are not designed with reasonable repairability or long-term ownership in mind.

While i do like the PRO Controller better than the Xbox version the only flaw that i see with it is the fact the battery(regular controller about the same too)barely last a few hours of play time. All the extra stuff that is attached to the controller that drains the battery i have turned off. The Xbox version controller battery lasts multiple days with 3-6hr play time with each session. Hopefully in the future they get a longer life on their pro controller.

Bought this controller 1/31/25 at 7:31am while driving I opened the Walmart package to see that the box was taped and ripped also the controller in the inside was not the correct controller it was a basic PS5 controller I talked to front desk they told me there was nothing they could do even though they sold me this controller I fell disrespected and discriminated against because I'm a young black man. I paid 200 dollars for this controller just to be lied to by your company like I did something wrong I was told that because it's not the correct controller they can't accept it back even though it was sold to me by your company this is very unprofessional all I'm looking for is a replacement because I didn't make the mistake the workers did.

I ordered this Sony Dualsense Edge online to be shipped, but they instead delivered from the store a unit slashed almost entirely open on the lid and slashed on the box front out of a stock of 5 or 6 at the store, per the website. They won't allow a shipped or picked up return for this item because of fraud potential as policy. I am disabled from a stroke and can't drive/can't return in person. I was told on 12/29 by level 2 customer service I would be emailed a return label in 48hrs. 72hrs later on 1/1 another level 2 agent said 48hrs. That was 8 days ago and hours of my time wasted on hold with customer service. I've now had to get agency/manager approval for my in-home personal care assistant to drive the 17 miles to return this in person. This is how a disabled Walmart customer that relies on home delivery is treated - like a con artist. Never treat yourself to something nice from these people as a Walmart customer. They will deliver to you what they won't look you in the eye and sell you in person. Hopefully my PCA won't have to stand in the returns line at the store too long and will get back in time for me to bathe before the weekend. Disgusting.

My kids and I recently went through a devastating house fire, a complete loss. I ordered this $200 controller, and the way arrived is disgraceful! The box itself is not damaged, so you can clearly tell it was damaged before hand and then sent to me already damaged! For over $200, and countless other orders I am completely disgusted.

I went to return a dualsense that was under warranty, walmat told me that I couldn't and that I should contact the warranty, this was the biggest bureaucracy, so I bought this control, the control came looking like it was already used all scratched, I just didn't return it because this store has a horrible return system, they sell you the warranty but when the product is defective they don't even want to know about your problem

I didn't get my order I have got my money token and gotten a PlayStation 3 controller

horrible delivery
