Best charger you can buy because the controllers sit on top and utilize the the charge from underneath controllers. Any charging station that plugs into the USB-C port can eventually damage the port over time

It is very useful if you plan on owning more than on me controller. Also, the click is satisfying.

No more long charging cables or risking a melted controller. Easy to charge and store

Let me paint you a picture. Before this charging station, my entertainment center looked like something a rescue team would need to rappel down into. Cables everywhere. There is no QR code leading to a 45-page quickstart guide translated from a language that may not exist. You put the controller down and it charges. Revolutionary. The design is fine. It matches the PS5's whole "building from a sci-fi movie that no one asked for" aesthetic. It takes up roughly the same amount of desk space as a banana. If a banana is too much real estate for you, I don't know what to tell you. Move to a bigger apartment. Battery life on the controllers themselves hasn't changed, obviously. The DualSense still dies at the exact moment you need it most, like a dramatic character in a war film. But now instead of fumbling for a cable in the dark like some kind of cable gremlin, you just grab the other controller off the dock. It's already charged. It's been sitting there patiently, waiting for its moment. Freshly juiced and ready to go. The system works. Is this a life-changing purchase? No. But it replaced a mass of tangled cables with a small, quiet dock that does exactly one thing and does it without complaint. In a world where my refrigerator wants me to download an app and my toothbrush has Bluetooth, that feels like a miracle.

Package was damaged like it had already been open

Was delivered to the wrong address entirely but the product itself came with no damage or anything after i drove around town and found it. I think he'll like this gift:)

Fake knockoff was received. I ordered the Sony PS5 charging station through Walmart.com and received a package from Amazon.com instead. The description on Walmart website shows it's the real Sony PS5 controller charging station. The third picture on the product description shows the real item. The item received was a really bad knockoff that said “P5” on the box. I notified Walmart that this 3rd party distributor “Elite Distribution Group” is selling fake products under the impression that it's the real thing.
