PlayStation PULSE Elite Wireless Headset - Midnight Black

First of all I like to buy things at a higher dollar if it's worth it. Looking at all the other headsets i was just disappointed with all the mixed reviews. So Purchased these a few days ago and they have been wonderful. Headset and mic seem very durable but if you use the mic a lot and over time I believe it will break off because it's a mic you pull out and is not part of the structure. I don't use the mic so no worries. But it will work fine not pulling the mic out. It just looks a little cooler with the mic extended. But I think it would take a few years of using it for it to break. Like I said very durable overall. I like how the headset adjust to your head. It's automatic so no adjusting to your head. Extremely comfortable. I played for 10 hours with glasses on that usually get in the way with other headsets. So if you were glasses there will be no issues with it pushing your glasses against your ears. I don't think they will work for you if you have a wide head. Luckily I have a normal head, no offense. Battery life is wonderful and I like the buttons for the controls. Very easy to find and operate while on your head. Sound quality is superb. Wish they were a little louder but I guess that's so you don't hurt your ears. Basically every headset I've owned has had the same volume as these. But trust me it's plenty load. You can also purchase a sound enhanced app on the ps5 for a real world sound. But wasn't about to waste my money. There good just the way they are. Connects to PS5 with ease and it should since there Playstation brand. I'm glad I spent the extra money, it's worth it. I've had $300 headsets and they don't compare to these. Buy them. You won't be sorry. Oh and by the way it's impossible to the box they come in. I had to rip it apart like a Christmas gift. So don't plan on saving the box. Does come with cable to charge and connect them. PS5' s Bluetooth sucks. You still need a cord to connect your devices. Doesn't make sense.

My husband used by other headphones and few weeks later something is wrong with them if not broken. These gaming headphones are top tier and he even loves them even more that he literally cannot hear me calling him or anyone else for that matter while he’s gaming!

I give them a three, sadly, they broke on me withen the first two months.. Tried to take them back, but I no longer have the box..

For the price of these PlayStation could do better I had these for less than a year and the band that holds it all together broke. These aren't made for long hours, hard gaming sessions. If they was more durable I'd recommend cause I do like the look, the feel and the sound these produce even the ear buds hold up great it's just they don't last.

Had mine for a little over a month and there is a weak point right above the ear cuff where the headband adjusts. it snapped into. i had to tape it

I’ve had this headset for 5 months %26 the right side snapped. Didn’t drop them or anything but snapped anyways! The headset disconnects randomly during gameplay, voice quality for others when hearing you does not sound as good as you think you do. I do enjoy the 3D audio but not for the price tag and the cheap material. I want to put 0 stars

I have had to replace this type of headset 3x already in less than 2 years; I give up. It was poorly designed. Anything bigger than a child or small head and it will eventually break. If you dont believe me before putting it on go in front of mirror and put it on. If those parts bend then it is bound to break. If you dont make top half flexible to cater to ANY size head then it is no good at all. Another problem these headsets have is that they constantly disconnect from the dongle even if you are 2 feet from tv and console. Either it will reconnect automatically if you are lucky or if unlucky reconnect right when you are ready to ubplug dongle wait 10 seconds and plug back in to reconnect. Or you have to replug anyways. No just holding the power button, resetting, or making sure its up to date made a difference. A lot of times you will hear crackling or water sound, will be quiet or too loud on many occasions. Only reason value for money got 2 stars was sound quality was decent but with all these other problems its not even worth the money. Better off buying a cheaper headset or just go with someone else.

Broke because plastic is very thin

Broke within 3 weeks, very cheap and thin plastic shell. The bass distorts sound at max volume so it's really only good at directional audio because of the great mid captures. The sound proof is ok. If you have a headset with good sound isolation and bass already, you can get this headset's specs by just increasing your low and slightly higher mids in your audio's sound equalizer. The mic sounds no better than those plug in ear plugs for your phone that come with an attached mic, just very bad. This headset is definitely not worth the money.
