Stop working after a month

The product didn't work, and when trying to return it through the Fedex location, they refused the box even after removing previous stickers, as told to do so, on the Website. The location actually told us that they wouldn't except it, for the very fact they were removed. The website stated to remove tags and the FedEx location were able to print the new lable and send it back, if I brought my phone along with with me to show the new lable in order to print it, unfortunately I still have the item in the box, that has never worked. Idk what to do with it considering I had it delivered due to having no transportation to pick it up from the store.
