I wanted a ps5 for the longest, I didn’t have intentions on getting a pro at the time but once I realized it was on sale I HAD to have it. I love the fact Walmart has rollback sales for those of us who couldn’t shop during Black Friday and cyber Monday.

box came ripped. it looked like it could have been purchased and used or a display. not sure. i kept it and it is working. but walmart is really messed up for sending me a ps5 pro that i paid $725 for

This review is NOT about the PS5 Pro. This review is about Walmart shipping and selling open box items for full price. I ordered this $750 gaming system online via the app and to be shipped to my home. What I received was a $750 gaming console that was NOT packaged in a box with any padding or protection. The console was put in a bag! I remained positive and hoped there was no damage. However, once I opened the bag I noticed the manufacturer's seal had been cut and this console had been opened or previously returned. Very disappointing to me that Walmart ships expensive items in a bag with NO padding AND sells open box items for FULL price!

Brand new PlayStation that I ordered curbside and they come wrapped up in the package, get home the PlayStation box has been open the seal is already cracked, very frustrating when spend so much money on this just have stuff that was return open and put back on the shelf, was suppose to be a gift for somebody and now I can only refund it and not exchange. Going to return this and buy it from local game store like I should have in the beginning

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. My PlayStation 5 arrived opened, with the factory seal completely broken. On top of that, the box was damaged and looked like it had been tossed around or previously opened. For an item this expensive, this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a new PS5, not something that looks used or mishandled. The condition of the packaging and the broken seal make me question the integrity of the product and whether it was inspected at all before shipping. I expected much better. Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend ordering from this seller unless they improve their quality control and shipping standards.

I bought this console as new $850 but it’s clearly used the HDMI cord is visibly used and the controller is visibly used and it has a stick drift.

Walmart allowed someone to hack my account, use it to purchase these two PS5 Pro's and even though I went to the store to tell them it was a fraudulent purchase, they gave me an 800%23 to call and cancel the order. I did this immediately in the parking lot of the store. If they would have explained their insane policy of not allowing it to cancel until 8pm that evening, I would have taken delivery and returned the items immediately. Instead, the store at 5200 Van Buren Blvd gave away two Play Stations for free to thieves. Now I have a bogus charge on my credit card and have advised them of this fraudulent activity and cancelled my card. I have tried to delete my account, but as of today it is still active. I have also filed a police report and they will be investigating. No thanks to Walmart's Fraud Prevention.
