Sony PlayStation 5 Pro Console

the devilery was fine! the problem was the driver picking up the consoles. we got two ps5, one of them the box was literally open, everything was new in box. nothing damaged, just peeved that an expensive console the box is literally open. This wasn't the drivers fault. they showed us pictures of the consoles in store and the boxes were damaged. otherwise, my wife had a Xbox and that upgrade to ps5 pro is night and day. she grew up with PS and then randomly she got an Xbox, trust me she's never going back to sh ytbox ever again. huge difference in terms of picture quality, no random lag, and overall gameplay. We both can't wait to play GTA 6!

Has to be the best console in the market. Although overpriced and without disc drive and vertical stand, it's the Best way to play your console games. Thanks to the seller, it got delivered in a few hours. I was really worried if I'll Even get a fresh unit, but it arrived scratchless and brand new. I would say if you have spare money and want the best console gaming experience, go for it

I wanted a ps5 for the longest, I didn’t have intentions on getting a pro at the time but once I realized it was on sale I HAD to have it. I love the fact Walmart has rollback sales for those of us who couldn’t shop during Black Friday and cyber Monday.

Absolutely the best (console) gaming system ever. Love everything about the PS5 pro except for the price. Very much over-priced. You'll have to decide for yourself if the price is worth it but it is fun.

I'm very disappointed with this purchase. My PlayStation 5 arrived opened, with the factory seal completely broken. On top of that, the box was damaged and looked like it had been tossed around or previously opened. For an item this expensive, this is absolutely unacceptable. I paid for a new PS5, not something that looks used or mishandled. The condition of the packaging and the broken seal make me question the integrity of the product and whether it was inspected at all before shipping. I expected much better. Definitely not satisfied and would not recommend ordering from this seller unless they improve their quality control and shipping standards.

Brand new PlayStation that I ordered curbside and they come wrapped up in the package, get home the PlayStation box has been open the seal is already cracked, very frustrating when spend so much money on this just have stuff that was return open and put back on the shelf, was suppose to be a gift for somebody and now I can only refund it and not exchange. Going to return this and buy it from local game store like I should have in the beginning

This review is NOT about the PS5 Pro. This review is about Walmart shipping and selling open box items for full price. I ordered this $750 gaming system online via the app and to be shipped to my home. What I received was a $750 gaming console that was NOT packaged in a box with any padding or protection. The console was put in a bag! I remained positive and hoped there was no damage. However, once I opened the bag I noticed the manufacturer's seal had been cut and this console had been opened or previously returned. Very disappointing to me that Walmart ships expensive items in a bag with NO padding AND sells open box items for FULL price!

I bought this, I bought a disc drive for it, I paid for a year of PS Plus, I realized how terrible this console is and how much Sony hates its customer base, I sold this piece of junk, then I bought a series x and a switch 2. Don't buy this for the sake of your own sanity please.

Purchased this for my kid and once home and we opened it well some scum bag swapped the pro out for regular ps5 you Walmart online people told me it wouldn't be a problem but no local Walmart will take the return so thanks for lying to me and now I'm out $900 dollars for NOTHING!!!
