This product looks cool and it works great. It’s simple to put together and your iPhone fits right into place. Make sure your phone is charged before you plan on using this device to play video games. Playstation is my favorite gaming council so this gaming product is perfect for my entertainment lifestyle. The buttons work smoothly and are spaced apart with preferred distance. I had fun while using this new innovative product. This product is great for road trips or even when you’re away from the house for hours. I would definitely buy this product. I would most definitely recommend it to others.

This controller is amazing! My 10 year old son is a gamer so I thought this would be cool for him. Before use it told me I had to download an app called Backbone. I did that. It was easy. You have the option to pay for a subscription with this app and download games or you can use a compatible app that you already have. I have Apple Arcade and it worked just fine. My son was able to play games right off my phone effortlessly. Attaching it to the phone was also easy. It comes with an extension piece if your phone requires it to make the controller snug. It let me know that my phone needed it but it was very easy to install. On one end of the controller there’s a piece that goes into your charging port and that’s how the controller connects to your phone. The quality of the controller is just as good as the ones that come with his gaming console. I’m really impressed with this. I do think it makes it a lot easier to navigate and play games on your phone. My son loves it.

This Backbone One PlayStation version works good. The controls resemble the PlayStation controller so it’s very easy to play games as you would on the console. This fits different sized phones because it expands which is great. It’s easy to connect to my PS5 console.

If you're an iPhone user and you love to play games like I do then you're definitely going to want this. It's just one piece and my phone slides right into it sideways. I love that I get to use buttons like a game system and not just tap a screen. It also allows me to play a lot more games that couldn't without this controller. No charging needed is probably the best part!

This is a pretty neat phone attachment. It allows you to play a variety of different games without needing a game console. You can play compatible games from the App Store and Apple Arcade, as well as PlayStation games. The device itself does not need to be charged, but has a port that can charge your device while you are playing. It has a button built in to record or screenshot what you are playing. Just an overall cool gaming device!

This backbone controller plugs into my iPhone 12 Pro max and makes playing my mobile games a breeze. I mainly just play Call Of Duty Mobile and it works great with it. I love that it doesn't require charging or batteries! It comes with an adapter to fit other iPhones, I also like that I can use it for remote play, being able to record and share gaming clips too.

device feels great in the hand. It firmly grips the iPhone, and had a seamless setup process. while I do not play many games on my mobile phone, The few games that I did play (doom and call of duty) were responsive snappy, and overall felt great. I think this device will serve an avid gamer very well. I had not previously heard of Xbox game pass however, after setting up the Backbone, it is some thing I would be interested in.

My kid likes it. It works as it should. The only downside is his hands cramp after an about an hour of usage because he have pretty big hands. He's not much of a fan of having to constantly take his phone in and out of the case to hook it up to the device. He also had a little trouble with the initial setup. However it's a great alternative to the ps portable and the price is right. You can use it anywhere and it still works well.

Purchased a Backbone while waiting for the Playstation Portal to be in stock. The Backbone works great with linking to PS Remote, Xbox, Apple Arcade, Steam Link, Nvida GE Force Cloud gaming. Thats where it truly shines in comparison to the Portal. With the Backbone, you install an app so it registers the backbone as a controller. Downside is that when connecting to a PS or Xbox the text is ALOT smaller. So its not a good fit for those who have bad eyes. Upside is that you can use the Backbone as a spare controller as it can be directly connected via cable to your playstation. Would not recommend charging your phone using the Backbone, due to the fact that the phone WILL get hot to the touch and could be dangerous to the battery of your phone. Another downside to the Playstation Edition (Lightning) is that some games like Genshin do not recognise the controller as being a PS controller, and has the button layout of a Xbox controller. Backbone is aware of this and addresses that it is up to the game company to make it register as a playstation controller. Another thing to consider is that you do not have to keep your phone in the backbone when traveling, but if you want to place your phone in the backbone, you must remove any phone cases that you use to protect your phone. A phone case makes it thicker than what the backbone can handle. So you run a higher risk of dropping your phone upon removal from the Backbone controller. In comparison to the Portal the screen is smaller, but again, the phone is removable where the portal screen is not. The Backbone would be best with a iPhone Max due to the phone having a larger screen. Currently using it on a iPhone 13, and the text is very small. But if you are looking for a portable controller, I highly recommend the Backbone.

I spent 104.94 for a product that had already been ripped into and used.I paid this much for something that should have been brand new and claimed it was but it was not,Instruction sheet was crumbled and the box for where the adapter was supposed to be was ripped open and laying in the box
