Small size, extra impact, easy travel
This is a perfect light impact "fin" for your hands when swimming or doing aqua aerobics. Easy travel, increases resistance without creating stress on hands. Bought small and medium. Keeping both as they are great!

Wonderful
My cheap self finally upgraded from the circa 1970, flat plastic paddles that I have had for five decades. These are great! Comfortable, easy to use, and definitely an an asset to my workouts.

Did not know if I could hold on to them , so I am going to put a strap across the bottom to help hold them .
