These dishwasher tablets get the majority of our dishes, clean, but we have a really good dishwasher so we don’t have much issue with that with any decent brand. The main reason I stick with the Finish brand is that the other major brands have such a strong scent that we can smell it on our dishes. Nobody wants soap flavored food.

We have horrible hard water and rust that destroys our dishwasher. I found the Finish hard water pods but for some reason they don't make them or I can't find them locally anymore. So I decided to give the ultimate a try and bam--it works just as good! It cleans my dishes and silverware perfectly. I have tried other brand names and store brands but only the Finish Ultimate works. So if you have hard water and/or rust that makes it difficult for your machine, try this one. It has saved me from having to wash our dishes by hand and we have a big family so that was a huge chore for me.
