Not very cinnamon!
I had two problems with the "cinnamon jelly beans I received. First there was very little cinnamon flavor to them. The outside layer was mildly flavored but after that nothing. My second problem is that they were the smallest jelly beans I've ever seen. Overall, not pleased with them.

At least they represented a citrus flavor
Orange was the color for sure but I think orange was the flavor that they came closest to also. Supposing to have been tangerine, they failed miserably. I'm still in search of a good tangerine-flavored candy.

While the flavor was still good it was not caramel popcorn flavored. It had hints of caramel but was a primarily fruity flavor.
