Perfect for small hands. It makes noise but not so loud and annoying as some toys. It's easy for a 10 month old to manipulate. A child can play with this sitting up, on tummy, or on their back. It's not heavy if the child dropped it on their leg, foot, head, etc.

I am trying to get him to learn how to crawl, and he was so excited with this toy he actually crawled towards it! I enjoy that it is wooden make it more eco friendly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great toy. It makes a satisfying click sound that kids love. Just be careful if it goes flying it is hard and will hurt if you get hit with it. Also be careful so little fingers don't get pinched by the moving parts.

My 15 month old really enjoys running around the house and shaking this toy to make music and he really enjoys it when I clack it for him. It is wooden, which is fantastic to me. It is brightly colored and is the perfect size for little hands. There are no batteries to worry about either!

It makes a clacking noise when the object is shaken. The babies enjoy the sound but they are still working on how to make the clacking noise. Small enough for the car, stroller and diaper bag.

The elastic holding the wood together didn't seem secure enough, and whenever we tried clacking it, the baby's fingers would get caught between the wooden panels. It's a cute toy but need work.
