Fiskars 3-Piece Fabric Cutting Set: White Rotary Cutter, Gray Cutting Mat, and Acrylic Sewing Ruler

I love having both the cutting mat and acrylic ruler. Having both makes it easier for to cut along a precise line along the beads of my diamond paintings when I want to cut them down for framing. Having the roller cutter is easier to use with this process versus using regular scissors.

As a long time quilter who recently needed to quickly replace some staple items, this 3-Piece set was able to quickly get me back to cutting fabric. The rotary cutter is good enough quality to go through 3-4 layers of cotton quilt fabric, and the cutting mat is a great size if you are working on a small project. The measuring square was a bit more fragile than I'm used to (will crack and scratch a bit easier than some name brands), but for light / beginner use it is fantastic.

I recently lost all my sewing and machines in a fire when my 16 x 40 seeing bldg burnt and just now starting to get sewing supplies to start over. This item was one of the first items purchased as I cannot get back to what it was before the fire and at 80 years old it is not feasible this item gives me the what is needed for a smaller space and the Most for my money while fulfilling my needs it is good quality and would recommend it for value quality and is good for beginners starting out. I have sewed for over 60 years and still enjoy doing so

I thought this Fiskars 3-piece fabric cutting set was amazing. The rotary cutter is super sharp and glides through fabric smoothly, giving me clean, precise cuts every time. The cutting mat is sturdy with clear grid lines that make measuring and lining things up really easy, and the ruler is solid and accurate. I'm new to sewing and I'm still learning all the tools you need. This set is perfect for people like me still figuring it all out. I've seen the rotary cutter alone cost over $20 in other stores, so this set is a great price also! The cutting mat is larger than I thought(because I ordered it), and the ruler is acrylic so it's very sturdy. Would buy again.

I love using the rotary cutter, ruler and cutting board when I sew. The quality of the self healing cutting board is top notch. It's very stable, not flimsy at all. The measurement grid helps when using the rotary cutter to get an accurate cut. The rotary cutter makes my work so much easier. It's very sharp. The ruler helps keep the fabric from slipping while I'm cutting. This bundle was such a deal! I definitely recommend it.

The rotary cutter is awesome - cuts really well and allows you to make curves. The cutting mat is a good size for my cutting purposes (primarily shipping). The ruler, however, seems to be responsible for a third of the cost and I don't understand why the ruler costs $10. There is no discount for buying these items as a kit compared to buying each of the three things individually.

Lost my fabric cutter so i came on here. This item came up in the search so, i decided to purchase this instead of just the cutter. As someone whom has been sewing for years i think this is good starter kit. Especially if you dont sew all the time, the mat will be just big enough.

Overall, I am pleased with this set, and I do like the convenience of a set. My primary criticisms are a) it costs a lot for the size, and b) I wish the ruler had a lip edge. I think that should be standard. apparently now it's some niche thing and I have to get a special ruler, which is annoying. If it literally comes with a cutting mat, it should have a lip edge.

Description for this product is wrong. Says 18 x 24 and what you really get is the smaller 12 x 18 for that price. If you look at the pictures with the description, it shows the 12 x 18 mat. Someone didn't proofread too well and is causing a lot of inconvenience.
