Fitbit Sense Smartwatch - Lunar White/Soft Gold Stainless Steel

I upgraded from my Fitbit Charge 2 to the Fitbit Sense. I love how customizable it is and all the information on it. It comes with a 6 month trial of Fitbit premium I'm looking forward to using. Battery life is less than advertised but I think that because I've been using it a lot. The silver lining to the battery life it that it's super quick to charge. (In the picture: I bought a replacement band and the clock face is one I downloaded to match the band. It intentionally looks glitchy)

I have been using fitbit devices for about 5 years now and this is my favorite smart watch so far. I prefer it over the Apple Watch I owned for a brief period of time before I sold it and bought another fitbit. My favorite feature is the sleep tracker, which is common among most fitbit devices, but the size of this screen, ease of use, and the other great features it has makes this watch my favorite.

Love the Sense - but the seller sent me a used and repackaged item sold as "new". It was dirty and I thought that was gross. Not worth the hassle of returning and waiting for a new onw. I cleaned it and bought the protection plan - so it'll get fixed if there's anything wrong. So far it's seamless. The only thing other watches have on it (but are missing other features) is the phone-less ability - it needs to be nearby to answer calls/sync. Everything else is seamless!

My watch won't charge after only 5 months

i would not reomend this watch if you plan on using it for the ECG. since i have had it i only get inconclusive results. i have 3 normal sinus rhythm and 2 afib readings. evrything else works well.

This item arrived with the original packaging seals tampered with and broken, and I had to return it to the store. I will give them a second chance and reorder, but if the next one does not arrive in the condition described it will also be returned and I will not order again.

It came with the box smashed and appeared to have been opened. The weather can not be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I do not wish to return it, but if this doesn't fix itself, I will. We have done everything that was suggested or instructed to do. Why is there two different numbers for this watch? I spent a lot of money for a watch that maybe used and broke! Help or I'm sending it back!!

My item arrived earlier than expected but was not what I selected or PAID FOR. I ordered a Fitbit Sense but received a Fitbit Versa 2, which sells for $65.00 less, of course I was charged for the Sense. I got a response from my refund request telling me since I purchased from a third party seller that I am responsible for repackaging and taking to FedEx. I have attached a screenshot of the listing that does not clearly show that it is a third party seller. It is misleading if you are showing the logo in the listing.

Isnt it illegal to sell items that are previously used as brand new. I paid for a brand new Fitbit Sense. It was packaged well enough to not think it had been opened. but after looking at it, there are clear signs of previous wear. The back has signs of wear and dirt where you change out the band. If I'm paying the price for new I should not be receiving very deceitful used items that you just repackaged.

Does not work like it should, does not show texts or calls when it is supposed to be Bluetooth, this was a reconditioned version, and I don't think it works properly. Does keep time, but that is about it
