Fitbit Sense Smartwatch - Lunar White/Soft Gold Stainless Steel

I have been using fitbit devices for about 5 years now and this is my favorite smart watch so far. I prefer it over the Apple Watch I owned for a brief period of time before I sold it and bought another fitbit. My favorite feature is the sleep tracker, which is common among most fitbit devices, but the size of this screen, ease of use, and the other great features it has makes this watch my favorite.

I love the Fitbit Sense watch with all it's features! It's even better than the later Models of Fitbit Sense watches. I'm very unhappy Google decided to stop making them in favor of a new product they will make in place of the Fitbit Sense. So, I bought another before they are all gone!!

The battery is crap!! Also thought i had 90 days to decide, nope only 30 days so i missec my return date!! The batery isn't consistent. It doesn't even ever show my 15% low battery life because it will jump from 25% to 8% and no clue why. I do not recommend buy from them!!!

Does not work like it should, does not show texts or calls when it is supposed to be Bluetooth, this was a reconditioned version, and I don't think it works properly. Does keep time, but that is about it

Isnt it illegal to sell items that are previously used as brand new. I paid for a brand new Fitbit Sense. It was packaged well enough to not think it had been opened. but after looking at it, there are clear signs of previous wear. The back has signs of wear and dirt where you change out the band. If I'm paying the price for new I should not be receiving very deceitful used items that you just repackaged.

My item arrived earlier than expected but was not what I selected or PAID FOR. I ordered a Fitbit Sense but received a Fitbit Versa 2, which sells for $65.00 less, of course I was charged for the Sense. I got a response from my refund request telling me since I purchased from a third party seller that I am responsible for repackaging and taking to FedEx. I have attached a screenshot of the listing that does not clearly show that it is a third party seller. It is misleading if you are showing the logo in the listing.

This item arrived with the original packaging seals tampered with and broken, and I had to return it to the store. I will give them a second chance and reorder, but if the next one does not arrive in the condition described it will also be returned and I will not order again.

It came with the box smashed and appeared to have been opened. The weather can not be changed from Celsius to Fahrenheit. I do not wish to return it, but if this doesn't fix itself, I will. We have done everything that was suggested or instructed to do. Why is there two different numbers for this watch? I spent a lot of money for a watch that maybe used and broke! Help or I'm sending it back!!

In the Sense2 Fitbit changed the capabilities of the watch, I assume because they had so many problems with the Sense. The sense two does not have the snoring recording feature, which does work on the Sense, but after using it successfully for a few days, I cannot get it to recommend to my phone Fitbit App at all. I'm going to have to return it!

Can no longer talk to text with the Fitbit watches. All of the watches seem to be having this problem. The talk to text feature is the only reason I upgraded to the Sense watch.
