Fitbit Versa 2 Smartwatch

A great watch that now enables additional apps. My old watch was having issues with the face flickering. This takes a charge and holds it for days. Purchased as a replacement and never expected added features.

I will start by saying I love this Fitbit. I had one that I wore on vacation but as soon as I wore it into the ocean it died. It says it’s waterproof but apparently mine did not like the salt water. But I liked it so much I bought another one.

I ordered the Fitbit Versa 2 smartwatch. It came in all the original packaging, fully sealed. Everything is working great! Good value on an excellent smart watch!

Absolutely love this watch! Does everything I need it to do.

Band is discolored. Looks used. Won’t pair. And now screen won’t even come up! Trouble shooting says to restart, but you need a screen to restart!

Not worthy after a couple months the watch does not work anymore. Its fully charged but won't turn on.

This item was not sold as refurbished but upon trying to register it with Fitbit I feel like it is. The serial number on the box and the item I received does not match what pulls up with the serial number listed on the box. I purchased a pink one and the serial no. On the box pulls up a black one. I feel like it was very deceitful and am waiting to hear back from the seller.

BEWARE! Versa 2 was bought for a birthday present. When the shipping box was opened it was clear that the original packaging had been previously opened. Upon further inspection it was clear that this was a used item. Called Walmart customer service and was told this item was from a THIRD party vendor. And because of that I could not get an exchange. I was told that I have to return the item and since now the price is an additional $31.00. I would have to reorder and pay the higher price. I would then have to call customer service back to request the price difference. I understand that customer service representatives did what they were able to do. But to have to go through all if this. Which would be at least a two week process is ridiculous. Had I know this was a product being shipped from a Third party vendor I probably would not have purchased this. I wrote this review so others could BEWARE of this detail. Not a fan of Amazon at the moment but the way Walmart handles concerns like this I truly appreciate the ease of Amazon's return/exchange policy.

the seller is selling previously owned fitbits. and did a poor job refurbishing it at that. back is scratched up and the face glass doesnt sit right in the frame. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER! contacted fitbit support and was told it was previously paired in 2020.

I purchased the Fitbit Versa 2 in March of 2025 with the understanding it was a new device. The device stopped working in August, and the tech from Fitbit saw that warranty had expired in2022. He stated that the device was probably reconditioned, not new. I want my money back since that was not made absolutely clear on your website my order number was 20001314768717. Please make a full refund to my account.
