purchased the Fitbit for my Birthday First smartwatch. Trying to stay healthy at 56 this surely helps me keep my goals. It challenges me daily. Best present to self EVER!!!!

I have been using Fitbits for over a decade and the watch does not last as long as it did in the past. Also the tracking is not as good as it used to be. After this one I think it time to see what's new and advanced for physical health tracking. I understand why google is focusing on its new watch.

I have loved Fitbit products in the past. But cannot get this Fitbit Lite watch to show my texts or calls for the life of me. I can disconnected everything, turned my phone and watch on and off and re-synced it -to no avail. The watch tells time fine and holds a charge, but does not do the one thing I want a smart watch to do: receive my texts and calls so I don't have to have my phone on me at all times.

I purchased it on 2/22/25 the face fell off of it. Walmart won't warrant it because it's past 30 days walmart won't warrant it because it's past 30 days Fitbit won't warranty it because evidently it's refurbished and it was first paired on 2020. I bought the extended warranty and they won't warranty it because it's supposed to have a one year warranty.

This product Was suppose to be new (119.00) but charger was already damaged and the screen has chip marks around the screen

Quality is not good. Screen is coming apart.

The one that was sent to ne didn't light up, and the charing port cable had very exposed wiring.

Sent a watch that had no instructions and it didn't look new.

I bought this brand new in June 2025. It stopped working in November 2025. Fitbit customer support could not get it to work either. Imagine my surprise when Fitbit said they could not send me a replacement because it was no longer under warranty. It didn't matter when I bought it- it matters when it had been made. Something this third-party seller does not mention. Do not buy.

I have had this for only 2 months. just completely stopped working, charging and connecting. screen is completely black. Walmart will only replace before 30 days. product has a 1 yr. warranty but find someone to replace it. don't do it.
