Fitbit Versa - LITE Edition

It was a gift and the recipient loves it. I have one as well and love mine . Packaged and sealed like it should be.

I have been using Fitbits for over a decade and the watch does not last as long as it did in the past. Also the tracking is not as good as it used to be. After this one I think it time to see what's new and advanced for physical health tracking. I understand why google is focusing on its new watch.

I have loved Fitbit products in the past. But cannot get this Fitbit Lite watch to show my texts or calls for the life of me. I can disconnected everything, turned my phone and watch on and off and re-synced it -to no avail. The watch tells time fine and holds a charge, but does not do the one thing I want a smart watch to do: receive my texts and calls so I don't have to have my phone on me at all times.

I've had the Fitbit Versa for less than a week. After day two the fitbit stopped tracking and updating my sleep, water, and exercise. The app on my phone was accurate, but not the actual fitbit. If this does not improve and get better it will be returned. I've tried syncing the two again and again.

This is the second time I've had to send this watch in. First time it was the heart monitoring system that wasn't working. Second time the display is blank. I hope there isn't a flaw in this watch and I wasn't made aware of it. I LOVE the size and functionality of this watch and really hope it's not a flaw. I will be very disappointed. I'm just glad I purchased a warranty!

I bought this brand new in June 2025. It stopped working in November 2025. Fitbit customer support could not get it to work either. Imagine my surprise when Fitbit said they could not send me a replacement because it was no longer under warranty. It didn't matter when I bought it- it matters when it had been made. Something this third-party seller does not mention. Do not buy.

I have had this for only 2 months. just completely stopped working, charging and connecting. screen is completely black. Walmart will only replace before 30 days. product has a 1 yr. warranty but find someone to replace it. don't do it.

when trying to set the date and time it wouldn't change. It wouldn't track your steps

Bought it for my 84 year old mom. It doesn't work the screen stays dark even when button I need to return it.
