Great buy. Love it. It's definitely not made for taller people in mind. I'm 5'4ish on a good day. lol and this machine fits me very well. I put it together in about 4 hrs the videos that are provided with scanning a code. Very helpful. !! I was reluctant for the price this machine feels very solid and I can't wait to build up.

***Read this review FIRST*** Install time - 3hours 20 mins Difficulty - 5/10 Overall very happy with the machine. I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews, but the quality is great. The welds all seem fine especially for the price. Install was not as difficult as people let on, its slightly more difficult than ikea furniture but if you've ever used a ratchet or wrench you'll be fine. I think most people complain because it looks overwhelming when its really not. That being said here are some tips to alleviate headaches: -BEFORE you open any boxes, make sure all 5 boxes arrived. The mobile fedex tracker might say delivered, but if you go on a desktop it will show tracking for all 5 boxes. Fedex is notorious for losing stuff. All my boxes came from the same place, but somehow one box was delays by two days. -Have an adjustable wrench, AND a 17mm socket/ratchet ready. It will simplify your life immensely. - The instructions look messy, but if you have common sense its not rocket science, there's also a video on youtube for install. Start from the rear of each picture, move to the front on each step. I only had to use the video for one portion, the rest seem straightforward. They also have each set of 5ish screws per step individually packed and labeled, so you just open one at a time. -The wires look difficult but theyre not. On Wire %231 you leave it hanging on the last pulley %235 (it uses the bracket to connect to wire 3) this is extremely confusing because the video and the instructions just skip over it, do not worry, it will connect later. Same goes with wire %232, leave it hanging until later. -The weights are gross, they're plastic but not washed, so be aware your hands will turn black from plastic residue. Quality is pretty good for arguably the most inexpensive home gym out there. I'm 5'11 and have zero issues mentioned in other reviews regarding height. That being said, I would NOT recommend it for anyone 6' or over. If you're 6' to 6'1 you MIGHT fit, but longer arms and longer legs will make getting the right form and full pull on each exercise slightly difficult. Any taller and it's a no-go, this is so subjective though because a 6'' person will fit, but it really depends on their arm and leg length too, lots of factors. Time will tell if it holds up, but I honestly believe most issues stem from either Fedex losing or damaging packages, and people over 6' buying a machine under $300... For reference less than 17% of Americans are 6' or taller, so they're not making this for taller people. Also some pieces did come with scratched paint, super minor scratches, but expected at this price range.

This is getting a bad review because of the missing parts, so far it's the seat that's missing but you obviously can't use it without a seat. It took awhile to get here in the first place and now ill have to wait even longer for missing parts. Also it's sold and shipped by Walmart but if it has missing parts, which now from reviews and my own experience there a good chance it will, it's up to you to contact the manufacturer and get the parts. I didn't even try yet because it's just frustrating. So I don't recommend it unless you don't care that you won't be able to use it until you figure out what's missing and try to get the manfacturer yourself to send you the missing parts. Very disappointed

I cannoy rate this home gym because it is not assembled. I purchased it as a Black Friday special and there was a special for Free Assembly. I was scheduled on a Wednesday but I had to work and I called to request a Thursday, Friday (and found that they schedule on Saturday too). I asked for a Thursday since I was off work. The assembly company scheduled me for the following Wednesday again - which I was scheduled for work. i decided to accept that appointment and took off work to be home for the assembler. The technician had cancel due to a family emergency. i totally understand and I was scheduled for the next day - Thursday (which I had asked for in the beginning). Well Thursday came and the technician didn't show up. I called the company and said that this issue would be escalated. Never heard back from the company and had to call again. Told again it was escalated. Didn't hear anything for a couple of days and called again. I was contacted by a Supervisor (which I was told I asked for and hadn't asked for). All I asked was that it be assembled by Christmas. Well today it is Christmas and it is still in the boxes in my room I wanted it assembled. I may change this review if it gets put together but who knows when that will be.

came broken. I have the insurance on it through Walmart who won't do anything about it. I paid for assembly and now they want me to pay to have it taken down and returned to pay to have a new one again then put up. it's been a terrible experience. can't get ahold of the actual manufacturing company. the phone number on the paperwork is not in service. all I wanted was the broken pieces to be replaced since it was a gift for my son for Christmas. they would not do it.

part are damaged , contact the customer service phone %23 just voice mail that is full and not taking any more masages , contact the support@ fitvids.com no respond first time send another email after few days they send e mail back i should contact with Walmart , and Walmart is so difficult to talk to someone about the problem you have , very disappointed at Walmart now i need to take the big machine to store

we had the free installation from purchase and was set up late January 2026 by their installers. it's only February 23 today and already the wire is out of the wheels in 2 places. Had to remove bolts and reinstall wire thru the wheels and the metal wire is showing thru from the traction it makes when sliding thru the wheels during use so its eating up the plastic cover on the wire. its overpriced and the company won't respond to my calls to come replace the wire. The walmart store doesn't allow me to return without a box and the box is long gone. I've called the different numbers for the company and they wont send me a new box to return it to walmart. Im stuck with junk in my garage and money down the drain!

My review isn't on the unit itself as the unit was misdelivered to another house but my review is more so on the order and shipping process. Shipping 5 very heavy pieces causes chaotic effort for FedEx I guess. The drivers are usually alone with no one to help them unload or they just drop it off anywhere possible.... Judging by the other reviews, this is a common issue and I hope Walmart/FitVids listens.

Got this thing all together until I got to the past part. The shields that go around the weights for protection. When I try to put the bolts in, they strip the threads completely off. Every other bolt went in fine and no I didn't cross thread them. Left messages on company website and got no response as well as Walmart trying to contact the manufacturer as well. Now I'm stuck with this monster in my house that I have to keep kids away from because it's dangerous without those shields. Can't ship it back because I had to get rig of all 5 of the huge boxes it came in to make room to put it together. Now I can't get anybody to come pick it up for return.

Zero rating. Received the items with missing parts. Don't buy this product. Fitvids company is out of business, and they won't reply to or pick up your call ( goes to VM). Walmart will not refund or accept your product. It is very heavy and has been sitting in the garage for months. Walmart gave false hope of getting the item back, didn't send the FedEx label, I have been calling more than 5 times for almost an hour, and wasted my time listening to their false promises.
