***Read this review FIRST*** Install time - 3hours 20 mins Difficulty - 5/10 Overall very happy with the machine. I was hesitant to buy because of the reviews, but the quality is great. The welds all seem fine especially for the price. Install was not as difficult as people let on, its slightly more difficult than ikea furniture but if you've ever used a ratchet or wrench you'll be fine. I think most people complain because it looks overwhelming when its really not. That being said here are some tips to alleviate headaches: -BEFORE you open any boxes, make sure all 5 boxes arrived. The mobile fedex tracker might say delivered, but if you go on a desktop it will show tracking for all 5 boxes. Fedex is notorious for losing stuff. All my boxes came from the same place, but somehow one box was delays by two days. -Have an adjustable wrench, AND a 17mm socket/ratchet ready. It will simplify your life immensely. - The instructions look messy, but if you have common sense its not rocket science, there's also a video on youtube for install. Start from the rear of each picture, move to the front on each step. I only had to use the video for one portion, the rest seem straightforward. They also have each set of 5ish screws per step individually packed and labeled, so you just open one at a time. -The wires look difficult but theyre not. On Wire %231 you leave it hanging on the last pulley %235 (it uses the bracket to connect to wire 3) this is extremely confusing because the video and the instructions just skip over it, do not worry, it will connect later. Same goes with wire %232, leave it hanging until later. -The weights are gross, they're plastic but not washed, so be aware your hands will turn black from plastic residue. Quality is pretty good for arguably the most inexpensive home gym out there. I'm 5'11 and have zero issues mentioned in other reviews regarding height. That being said, I would NOT recommend it for anyone 6' or over. If you're 6' to 6'1 you MIGHT fit, but longer arms and longer legs will make getting the right form and full pull on each exercise slightly difficult. Any taller and it's a no-go, this is so subjective though because a 6'' person will fit, but it really depends on their arm and leg length too, lots of factors. Time will tell if it holds up, but I honestly believe most issues stem from either Fedex losing or damaging packages, and people over 6' buying a machine under $300... For reference less than 17% of Americans are 6' or taller, so they're not making this for taller people. Also some pieces did come with scratched paint, super minor scratches, but expected at this price range.

there was a lot of issues in previous comments about the boxes not all arriving but we had no issues. Everything came in at once and my husband put it together with no issues. I use it almost daily and I really love it. It is a great value for the price. I do 100% recommend this product and my mother in law even said she was going to buy it as well.

Simply by the quality of the parts and how it was welded together shows me that this item will last a while. I saw similar products that cost more and did not look like they would even last a year under normal use, they had lower quality and smaller sized parts that I could tell would need replacing soon due to the fact that I will be using this equipment on regular basis.

Professionally was assembled by walmart, so flawless set up. Love the machine. I am 5'6 and have to use a rolled up yoga mat to reach the foot extender but other than that I have no complaints about the product. Love the cable machine and the chest press.

Overall it's a nice piece of equipment but don't buy it. I have 3 issues: 1 - the cable is constantly twisting. I've tried to disconnect, straighten, and reconnect but it still twists by the 3rd or 4th set every time; 2 - the selection pin isn't long enough to reach the bottom 2 plates. There is no way to extend this because of the design. I bought this unit for the higher amount of weight, but I literally can't use the bottom plates; 3 - as others have said, customer service doesn't exist. No reply to emails and no way to reach the company over the phone.

This workout machine is just okay. The quality is not there. The bolts and screws do not fit correctly so everything is loose. The seat %26 machine wiggles. Everything is connected by rollers and bands that slip off, stopping your workout until you adjust them. I paid for the instalkers to come and put it together and it took them all day. They said the instructions were horrible. I would not recommend this option.

we had the free installation from purchase and was set up late January 2026 by their installers. it's only February 23 today and already the wire is out of the wheels in 2 places. Had to remove bolts and reinstall wire thru the wheels and the metal wire is showing thru from the traction it makes when sliding thru the wheels during use so its eating up the plastic cover on the wire. its overpriced and the company won't respond to my calls to come replace the wire. The walmart store doesn't allow me to return without a box and the box is long gone. I've called the different numbers for the company and they wont send me a new box to return it to walmart. Im stuck with junk in my garage and money down the drain!

Don't buy, not worth the hassle! Still considering returning it but it's already built in the garage :/ The pulleys are not greased and you will have to purchase silicone lubricant to apply to each one, the components arrived rusty like they may have sat in a container overseas longer than they should've and then in a warehouse even longer.. the, cables are striping at first use so will have to be replaced. Literally you get what you pay for.. invest in a better set, this isn't it.

This is a cheap home gym and you cannot contact the business for assistance with outting it together or to order replacement parts. I ordered a new one and they sent me a used condition home gym. It had dents and scratches and disnt have enough washers to match up with the instruction video. Easy to put together and with drill and wrench took 5hrs 30min and 2hrs 20min to disassemble and repack. DO NOT THROW OUT BOXES IT COMES IN until you know 100% if you're keeping it! Luckily i kept them so I was able to return this. Its also too small and tight for an adult to get up and down from the seat. Metal disc around ball also detaches and skins the plastic cable.

came broken. I have the insurance on it through Walmart who won't do anything about it. I paid for assembly and now they want me to pay to have it taken down and returned to pay to have a new one again then put up. it's been a terrible experience. can't get ahold of the actual manufacturing company. the phone number on the paperwork is not in service. all I wanted was the broken pieces to be replaced since it was a gift for my son for Christmas. they would not do it.
