Five Star Reinforced Filler Paper Plus Study App, Graph Ruled, 8.5" x 11", 80 Sheets/Pack (170122-WMT)

For some reason, 8 1/2" x 11" college ruled paper is not very easy to come across. Not only is this the perfect size but the holes are reinforced so they don't tear when placed in a 3-ring binder. The paper is quite sturdy, not flimsy like so many other brands. The color of the lines is a pleasant shade of blue, not too bright. Very smooth to write on with pen or pencil. Well worth the little extra money you pay compared to almost all other brands.

I use five stare college ruled paper for all my drafts of writing my stories (before computer) this paper is sturdy enough for me to work with and does not fall out of the binder

These are the best of not book papers. They are thicker, have hole guard strips down the sides, and the colors are brighter. I'm no longer a student, but I used these to do my budgeting and as a planner and they're quite long lasting.

Love this paper. The reinforced tabs with the triangular shape make it easy to turn pages when in a binder.

Very fancy notebook paper. I don't know if it's worth the price, but if your work needs to stay neat and not rip out of the binder, this paper is worth it. More for the college or high school aged student. I don't know whether I would buy again, I have to think about it.

This and mead are by far much favorite paper to use . They are the best papers! What i didnt like was i tried to cancel the order right after ordering it but the seller didn't respond to Walmart ( didn't know they were out source company to send items they have in store and at their warehouse) so I ended up with the paper .... no problem. My biggest issue was it came in one of thos thick brown envelopes that as soon as water touches it , its starts to immediately break down (I will assume its eco friendly). It had been raining and even tho my paper was in plastic as loose leaf paper is all my paper got wet....so alot of money, time and trees were wasted for nothing.

Teachers put real effort into building school supply lists each year, and many of them still list Mead Five Star Filler Paper with an expectation of 100 sheets per pack. That has been the standard for filler paper for as long as most of us can remember. Mead now ships only 80 sheets under the same branding, at a higher price than before. The paper quality has declined along with the count. Erase something twice and you risk tearing straight through the sheet. This is not the durable, dependable paper Five Star built its reputation on. So the package has 20 fewer sheets, the price is higher, and the product performs worse. This is shrinkflation in its clearest form. Families are trying to make sure their children are properly equipped for the school year, while corporate leadership continues collecting bonuses and the consumer absorbs the difference every single time. I would also ask what the added "Study App" access is actually providing. The pack includes a $3.57 charge tied to this app, but there is little clarity on what that usage buys the customer. Mead built its name on quality. I would like to see that standard return, along with a price that reflects what is actually inside the package.

Beware, this is not the same product as before (the one all the good reviews are about). They added these stupid triangles on every line, preventing me from using that space, and added a bunch of ugly squares. None of that was in the product photo. The quality has also reduced drastically. It's no longer smooth like it used to be. The old version was my favorite paper but I won't buy it again. Trust me when I say, they've changed it since they got all the great reviews.
