I like the size of this braiser. Smaller than my other one. Lighter, obviously, beautiful color blue -did arrive with a chip on the handle, but no big deal. I prefer the black cast iron interior to the white. Excellent value, in my opinion.

I've already made burgers in this I've made angel hair pasta with shrimp and spinach and tomatoes I've made eggs and I've made a grilled cheese I literally can use this pan for everything but I love the lid it's great for melting cheese like I did on the burgers

Haven't tried it yet but, looking forward to doing so this weekend. Finish looks good. The pan is small. It's the size of a 10 inch frying pan. I cooking for 2. This might prevent waste by limiting the amount I can prepare.

The first time I used it I noticed that the enamel on top of the rim was cracked and flaking off Threw it away not usable.

Used it ONCE. Let it cool prior to HAND WASHING, and there are 2 chips on one of the handles.
