My family loves this taco seasoning!! We use it for tacos, which are fantastic, as well as for other meals. Ive used on ground beef, turkey and sauted chicken. I make a taco noodle pasta where I season the meat with Rock Yo Taco, then add to egg noodles with other ingredients, my family LOVES it!!

This Taco Seasoning is AMAZING! I struggle with some seasonings having extra unnecessary chemicals or being too spicy. Plus I have a very picky eater at home. Flavor Seed Organic Taco Seasoning is the only Taco Seasoning I will every buy again. After the first time making Tacos with this seasoning, my daughter has asked me to make tacos multiple times since. I ran out and had to order extra, so I can make tacos or beef quesadillas more often. You cannot go wrong with any of the Flavor Seed spices and seasonings!

Those big national brand taco seasoning packets contains some ingredients I try to avoid so this organic blend is a welcome option. This taco seasoning contains, in order of appearance--salt, organic onion, organic paprika, organic garlic, organic New Mexico chile, organic cumin, organic ancho, organic cocoa powder, organic oregano, organic coriander and organic red pepperthats all.The big national brand contains not only their own blend of spices but also corn starch, maltodextrin, sugar, soybean or canola oil, corn flour, silicon dioxide along with the ever mysterious natural flavors. My only quibble with this Flavor Seed blend is that salt is the first ingredient because it limits how much of the taco seasoning I can use if I want to just lightly salt but heavily spice the meat.I always add cocoa powder to things like my chili recipe because it adds a surprising depth of flavor so I was pleased to see it included here. To estimate shelf-life, the Best By date on this 16 ounce pouch is 20 months in the future, but dates will vary. The taco seasoning flavor balance is good but I would prefer a bit more control over the sodium.
