This wasn't my first time wearing the discs so I was familiar with the way they worked. I have a very heavy flow and they held strong. It can be messy removing them so I would recommend anyone that is not familiar with this product or a similar one to make sure they are at home during their trial period. (Pun intended! lol) I will definitely be purchasing these again.

These discs are life-changing during your period! My only regret is not finding out about them sooner!!! I used to dread that time of the month (like most women) and now I almost forget I even have it with these! It takes a little bit of learning to put them in and take out but they last 12 hours!! I recommend inserting and taking out in the shower!

A bit of a learning curve no doubt, but ill never go back. I do NOT like the cups at all. Hard pass. These are disposable! 2-3x a day TOPS like were talking morning and night ! worry free! not ruining all of my clothes! I would just use it al home with a pad or liner until u get the hang of it, once you get the hang of it, you can basically empty it by flexing your pelvic muscles.

I tried these a while back and had trouble getting them in place and had leaks and gave up rather quickly, when I did get them in right it was great! I have irregular periods so I find when I eventually do get it I pms much worse than when my period was regular and that has a lot to do with not being use to the feel of the blood and dealing with pads and tampons. I decided to give these another try and it’s been heavenly! No cramps, all day %26 night protection, only changing it morning/night, no leaks, total game changer. I came to write this review when I realized I forgot I had one in and it’s now time to change it. The key is getting it in right the first time, re read the directions over %26 over and don’t rush! Take your time to get it in place and eventually it will be almost as easy as a tampon.

Purchased these a few months back because people said they had less cramping with discs compared to tampons. I LOVE them. Easy to use, no cramping with them, and the convenience of them being disposable is perfect for me. There is a slight learning curve and removal is a little messier than with a tampon but I think it's well worth the wear time and lack of discomfort during use! I will never go back to tampons.

let me start by saying that I've never used tampons because I never found them to be comfortable, and I hate the insertion process. I was unsure about trying these because of that. I was shocked that these are so easy to insert. you don't even know it's there once you put it in. no leaks and tested as to the "mess free period sex" claim, which for me, was absolutely true. now removal... that was a different story. I think i may have pushed it up further. plus, never being a tampon user, going up in there was difficult for me. I had to have my bf remove it because I just couldn't get it out. I tried again and got my technique down, which can be tricky. that's the only negative I can state about these. it's worth it at the end of the day.

At first I was hesitant about using these, I had a heavy fear about removal and them getting stuck inside me; however, after the first use (when inserted the right way as per video) I had no issues. Removal? Easy. Comfortable? Unquestionably. Cramps? Definitely LESS painful

I can't say enough good things about these. I don't use tampons or pads anymore. I am a stay at mom, so I can't speak to it being out in public with these . ( I do have to wash my hands after) but i am so glad these are a thing. I just wish I the bag was slightly bigger to put the dirty one back in .

I love this. I always personally felt I had to change my tampon out every time I would pee. And I feel like I pee a lot. It felt like a waste of tampons for me. I saw someone mention these on their podcast and I soon went on a deep dive comparing tampons, diva cups, and the menstrual disks. The disks won for me. I am not using these and have ALOT of positive thoughts about them. Give them a try!

These are amazing. I was skeptical and unsure at first but now they are my go to. At first it was leaking and wondering if they just didn't fit me, but then I saw where you need to push while seated as if you're going %232 and that pushes the flex forward to grab.
