Great flexible ice pad.
found this to be exactly the size I needed. also only used it for cold and it freezes well and at the same time flexible to the part where you need to put it on your body.

Quick fix for insect bite itching
I keep this in my freezer for bumps and bruises but mostly to numb insect bites itching. Works great but be careful of ice burns.

Pain stinks
Price is great for this. Small size. Only issue is for heating it you have to float it in water to heat it up. Other ones I have you just throw it in. Works well for frozen.

I am using it cold only
its perfect for use as cold pack...but I would be hesitant about using it hot, it seems like it would burst too easily - but as cold pack its perfect!
