This is great for neuropathy! I have the 'Standard Large: 10.5x1x which is the perfect size for my feet while I'm sitting at my desk or anywhere- I make it work. Alternating putting my feet on the pack (wrapped in a pillow case) then off gives me the only relief from pain.
I am getting my arms reduced on July 29 so I got two of these extra long rectangle gel cold packs . I unwrapped them yesterday and put them in the freezer and until then I'll just be laying on them. I like the fact that they are not square and they're long enough to drape over..
Purchased to use after knee replacement surgery. Wraps around knee, providing cooling to front, sides and back of knee. The only problem is that we have a side-by-side refrigerator freezer and there is no place to lay it flat in the freezer so I fold it in thirds and keep it in the refrigerator. I still wrap it in a pillowcase to avoid uncomfortable skin contact until it has had a chance to warm up a little.
Fantastic item. Coolness last for a long time, I would say about three hours before you have to refreeze it We bought it for a knee replacement and it wraps around his knee. Absolutely remarkable product.
FlexiKold gel ice packs are a great product. They stay very cold, are flexible and made well. I have several different sizes for many different needs.
Recovering from rotator cuff surgery, I chose to use this instead of the ice machine. This molds to the shoulder and is easy to just toss in the freezer. A little expensive but worth the expense.
The cold packs look sturdy and work fine. I needed an ice pack right away due to an injury and these arrived the next day by fedex. Thanks for that. But $20 for an ice pack is too much in my opinion
I do not have any problem with the item. The problem is that every order I make is always delayed. I can understand delays once in a while but not all the time. This is why amazon is so popular. They rarely have delays and when they do, the customer assistance is very dependable.
I was looking forward to using this large size ice pack because it could cover more than one area of pain. However, it is definitely not right for a 76 yr old lady with severe arthitis . When it is fully frozen you need two hands to hold and trying to position it on my back was impossible.
Purchased after ankle surgery for swelling and pain, but it didn't meet my needs. It doesn't stay cold for long and needs constant refreezing every 30 to 45 minutes.
