I was born with my collarbone not connected. I ended up throwing my neck out ( lost ability to move my neck %26 pain). After being on strong pain meds and muscle relaxers %26 shoulder exercises. My neck was not getting any better. So I decided to try this. Thankfully by the next day my pain was starting to get better. I had my friend try it, who decided to order it for her husband, he has back trouble.

this is great for what it cost! only negative for me is i can't really read the unit so i don't know were the on/off and message buttons are!

Easy to use. Simple Set up. Does not include batteries. Very sticky

Difficult to manage settings. Mostly guess work to find desired setting.

Feels great if you could keep it stuck, the pulses are wonderful once you find one the unit stops. the control unit snaps to the pad which does not stick to your body properly you have to go Braille in order to reach the control unit which is snapped to the pad if the pad is on the back of your neck you cannot know how to control the pad all in all not what I was expecting what I was hoping it was is what it is if it were made differently it would be perfect.

Item never worked. Runs on battery power. Tried all brand new batteries more than once and it never worked. Turned on got power, never made one pulse, vibration, nothing. DOA. Now g=in the trash Wasted 9.99.

there is very very little power to this. it is also 2 AAA batteries. dont waste your money if your thinking this is anything like at the Dr office.....

I have issues with feeling things due to my nerve damage and this on the strongest setting feels like someone barely sliding their hand across my skin

it is hard to turn on when your in pain. pads dont stay stuck
