Feet and Lymphatic massage.
Work good for the feet. Watched a YouTube video showing how to do lymphatic massage with them, guess that is what they are made for. Only wish they were rechargeable. Came with fre batteries, so first set are free.

Like them for deep tissue areas.
I feel the vibration does not work for me %26 the balls alone work ok for deep tissue areas. Some areas they seem like there's too many nodules on the ball, tends to hurt. For the price of them, I decided to keep them %26 work my deep tissue tight areas.
